Beautiful place lovely staff

Très propre comme endroit et tranquille peu aller manger à pied près de l hôte

No elevator

Check in was quick and simple friendly staff ,room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately parking was a bit of a problem when I returned around 11pm maybe due to the snow but had to park the other end of hotel with a long walk to my room,restaurant hours not very good open late close early like 10pm so don’t expect a late night meal or drinks.

Arrived late go to park and there is no parking spots anywhere close to our entrance. Was kept up till 2:30 am with kids running down hall had called front desk around midnight. When booking it said there was breakfast to find out it was not included and $18.95 per person. The bed frame anytime you rolled over or moved it squeaked. Stayed here so we would get a good night sleep and feels like we didn’t even sleep at all Told front desk of our concerns and just received a smile and head nod and said nothing can be done. Very poor experience and do not recommend

Someone puked in the hall last night and it was still there come 11am next morning. Other than that is it was good stay. Breakfast buffet - pancakes, eggs very average

Safe and clean hotel. Staff are great. I'd recommend this hotel over a lot of the others, however the toilet is too small and the pillows aren't the greatest. I'd still suggest this hotel over a lot of the others in Barrie.

Pre-Celebration my birthday is coming up. Needed a room close to Gateway ******. I just wish your towel’s were softer.
