巴里島普瑞米爾酒店(Barry Island)

We love staying here, always feel welcome, both Kieran and Lewis take a little bit of extra time making a fuss over my 2 year old, which I don't think we would get anywhere else, if you have a problem they get it resolved quickly, the staff are all so polite never a bad word to say about any of them, always checking if everything is ok and this is why we love coming back to Barry as much as we can.

Pro's: Very nice, friendly helpful staff, both in reception and the restaurant next door. Room very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast weekdays, nice and calm and very good , fresh , quick service but weekends it is a buffet and very busy and noisy. Con's: Terrible noise from rooms above, not just mine but the same in other rooms occupied by our family. People walking above sounds like a herd of elephants, the ceiling lights rattle very loudly and feels like the person/s above are about to crash through the ceiling. Very annoying when you are trying to rest or sleep. Restaurant food in the evening is poor/average.

Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Lovely clean and warm room. My kids loved it too. Very peaceful night. Breakfast was great. Bargin free for kids. Could of done with more options for kids TV, but overall very happy.

Had a lovely stay here but too short great facilities and friendly staff we ate in the Brewer’s Fair and it was fabulous Dinner and Breakfast nice service and really looked after by Joshua in the bar and restaurant he was at breakfast also giving us more great cautious service can’t wait to return 👍

The room was far too hot! The window wouldn't open, there is no fan in the room and the air conditioning wouldn't go below 19° which was far too hot, it was just churning hot air around. What is the point in a good night's guarantee as we put in a claim but were refused a refund for just 1 of our 3 night's stay which we paid £107.50 for? Overall we are very unhappy with this Premier Inn & the treatment we have received and will be very cautious about staying in a Premier Inn again

Staff welcoming and friendly Rooms clean but dated looking No couch or chair in room so nowhere to sit and bedside table too wobbly to use Curtain pole that was holding up the net curtain was only wedged in place, not in any kind of bracket, and when my partner looked out of the window it actually fell and hit her on the top of the head , bruising her and leaving her with a nice lump! This could be even more dangerous if it were to happen to a child, needs rectifying! Hotel is in decent location 15 min walk to the beach, and there’s a nice street food area next to the hotel

Nice hotel, needs a bit of a re ramp, capers old, windows in room bit of mouldy but clean & comfy beds, did sleep well, the rooms downstairs are very noisy from people upstairs it rattled the light in the celling, which I know can’t be helped, also we were next to the staff area so could hear washing machines.

We stayed for 1 night and it was probably one of the better premier inns we have stayed in! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The beefeater next door is a bit dire for meals and breakfast! Would stay again if in the area! But would find somewhere better to eat!

We arrived shortly before check in time and we wer allowed to check in early at no cost. Everyone at reception was really kind and helpful. We had a family room which had loads of space for our little one to roam around in and everything was nice and clean.
