There were enough space for my family!

Mostly good. The keypad to get in is a little faffy especially when hands are cold Apartment ok, very dark and on ground floor facing into a lane so not one for people who like natural light Loads of cushions but a nice comfortable chair would have been nice but appreciate space constraints Bed was weird. It appeared new and modern but you fit down into a big indentation which gave no support. Made for a bad back in the morning

Would definitely use again. This was a really spacious well appointed apartment. Easy to find with online check in and easy to operate security for the block and individual flats. Very close to reasonably priced car park St Wilfrid's £8 for 24 hrs Close to Costa, Café Nero and Sainsburys and Tesco locals. Particularly liked the distinctive décor, the considerate touches such as fresh milk in the fridge, sachets of hot chocolate and sweets. Up market White Company toiletries Only downside was that it was just off the high street - Fishersgate which was empty and a bit eerie once the shops shut. Not worth opening the blinds as the view was of office and shops

Been staying in this establishment for the past two years now and I must say that the staff are so helpful in particular, the manager, Lauren she always goes out of her way to make sure that my stay is perfect and so accommodating. In particular, I often ask for early check-in, and she has never failed to provide. Would highly recommend this place. Rooms are beautiful and unique with Netflix and the sweets are a great treat. Thanks so much

Great place to take your soul mate on a 2nd date. Looking forward to our next stay, and hopefully we'll achieve our goal of christening all the other rooms. Couldnt find the light switches when I was pissed up and bumpec into everything and the quilt cover mysteriously came off the duvet, could of been a ghost, or us, not sure? Thats us though... cant fault the room 10/10... P.s - can we have our wine back.

This property is lovely and charismatic within a few steps to the town centre. The decoration is appealing to the eye and welcoming. However the same cannot be said about the property manager. Very poor communication skills, inpatient dealing with guests and lacks the class to be a front house host. Great contrast between the property itself and the manager.

This was a celebration trip for myself and a friend, we met 30yrs ago at Uni. We had a great time. Car park close by. Super easy to get into town for shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely to walk into room with fire on and classic fm playing. Would have liked instructions earlier for gaining access to property. Beds were too soft for me. Our room Goldfinger was at the front by the entrance door so could hear people coming and going. Enjoyable stay for what we wanted to achieve.

I wish we could have more time in Preston than one night. The town was amazing! The people were incredibly nice! The property was more than we could have ever dreamt! But the staff, the staff was the best part of our trip as they were friendly, kind, helpful, & especially nice! I cannot say enough kind words to describe the staff at Preston!!!
