貝辛斯託克村莊酒店(Village Hotel Basingstoke)

Hello. My stay at the Village Hotel Basingstoke was as good as always. P.S. It’s just a little strange that I had to pay an extra 10 pounds when leaving the hotel.

Staffs nice & friendly. Shower room without door, water easy to come out & make the toilet floor wet.

Good location near Festival Shopping Centre, very clean, nice room. Big T.V in room and comftable clean bed.

Busy hotel but staff were really nice. Room was really clean and bed was comfortable, would stay again

Our room and all our friends rooms on the same floor were directly above the gym which woke us up at 4am when it opened and then at 5 am spinning classes we so loud it was like a nightclub in our room. No sound proofing so wouldnt be surprised if the floors above could also hear this.

✅ Overall very clean. ❌ A few odours that may have been coming from the carpets from both the room, lift and corridors. ❌ We couldn’t mirror to the TV so we only had standard definition free view. ❌ The bathroom fan in our room also didn’t turn off and was very annoying. ✅ A member of staff did come and fix this though so that was good. ✅ Check in and out was quick and easy. ✅ the restaurant was quick, efficient and tasty.

Nice modern hotel. Good pool but gets very busy during children’s swim time. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment on the food. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

Fab hotel, fab room, fab breakfast, fast staff. Check in Guy was man of few words but everything else brilliant!

Parking was a nightmare as its rammed with gym goers and the restaurant had an hour wait for food both nights not sure why as the staff were cagy when challenged, subsequently due to a football match I couldn’t eat anyway in the restaurant on my second night. Not good for the corporate/business traveller who wants a quiet meal.
