People were extremely courteous (Hunter Cummins) Th hotel was very clean

fuss free and nice breakfast

Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast options were the skimpiest we’ve seen. 2 types of cereal. No individual milk cartons just one half gallon milk for everything. One flavor of muffin. No eggs or meat. Disappointing compared to other hotels in this chain.

Microtel's are economy based hotels so you can't expect them to be on par with a high end hotel. That being said it was a decent room in safe area. They had more than a basic continental breakfast with mostly pre-packaged selections with a pancake making machine, which was more than we expected. The bad thing was that there was no TV cable service except for about 6 HBO channels. No local channels. We asked at the desk and they said their cable service was down and It was late Friday night so he said there was nothing they could do about it. It still wasn't working the next morning. Also the WiFi was very painfully slow and cell service in the area is spotty. Other than that it was a decent economy hotel.

I was very pleased with are stay. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the coffee tasted like water even the bold Columbian

It was wonderful! Very clean and the staff was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend is staff should be checking breakfast items regularly, especially when its busy.

Could not make it to our hotel due to a major snow storm which closed thruways and a travel and driving ban.

No coffee or coffee cups in the room. No shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. No cups in the bathroom. Bed mattress was not good- head was lower than feet. Big hole in the screen for window.
