舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Mount Sterling)

The worst stay i have had in a long time. Rooms were dirty. Staff was very rude. The hotels was extremely loud we couldnt get any sleep. There was a pool party which when i called they could have warned us about instead the kids couldn't swim which was the only reason we rented the room. Not happy at all.

Bugs, toilet wasn’t connected to floor, black mold. Awful customer service we were told it was our fault. After a fight we finally got a refund.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable and clean room and bed, great shower , awesome service , tasty breakfast, good variety. Extended our stay by two days.

Just needed a place for the night. Very very comfortable bed and pillows and a great powerful hot shower!

There were huge spider webs in the corner of our room, and the "hot breakfast" consisted of nothing hot, just cold cereal, yogurt, and stale breads. The staff was friendly.

Nice clean hotel. Falsely advertised as pet friendly though; hotel is not pet friendly. Only service dogs are allowed.

Our room was next to the second floor exit door and across from the laundry area. There was some sort of noise all night long. It made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Shower drain was partially plugged, had 6 to 8” of water accumulation when finished with a shower. Reported it they were not aware and they did write it down to be checked

Room was not up to expectations. Rate far exceeded the comfort and overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility. Would not stay at this highly over priced hotel again. Very disappointed.
