八號酒店的評價

飯店位置絕佳。雖然我們頂樓的房間非常悶熱狹小，獨立式空調也無濟於事。我知道這是一棟老建築，但這並非我們期待的豪華住宿體驗。總的來說，不算糟糕，只是中規中矩。所有員工都非常友善熱情，樂於助人。

位於中心位置，有助於克服住在附屬建築的擁擠感。車停在城鎮的另一端，下車可以說是相當困難，但這就是現實。我完全沒有理由去看看主樓的接待處、早餐區，或許還有酒吧和休息區，因為根本找不到任何指示！所以總的來說，這間閣樓房間的建造標準很「普通」。我從來不喜歡淋浴間，因為很容易撞到手肘，而且擔心肥皂掉在地上會砸壞東西。早餐價格貴得嚇人，所以住了兩晚，我根本沒打算馬上進去看看。我感覺自己被孤立、擁擠，就像住在一個像單人床的房間裡。這就是現實。

Checked in at hotel for 2 nights and within an hour was called from home that my mum had been taken to hospital by ambulance. Told the hotel immediately by phone as nobody at reception and told to left the key in the room. During call it was clear the person was not listening to what I said explaining had to rush ti the hospital 160 miles away, they ended the call saying “Have a nice evening” totally inappropriate comment. Trip tried to arrange any sort of refund of compensation for the second night but the hotel refused. The restaurant we had booked, the Roman Spa and thermae spa were all amazing and issued vouchers to be used at another time. I totally understand the hotel have no obligation to assist but there reaction and customer service after was awful. I will be returning to Bath but certainly not this hotel.

Couldn’t fault the actual room, even though it wasn’t the room advertised or shown in pic, that was a little annoying. The shower wasn’t very good and the room was very stuffy at night as you couldn’t open windows due to noise outside. The location was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. The noise both outside and in the actual hotel were quite annoying with slamming of doors and what sounded like moving furniture above us. We knew there was an issue with noise as we read reviews but we thought we are pretty easy going and can  usually sleep through anything, we even brought ear plugs, but recon you’d need industrial ones to block out all the noise there. Sadly I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to others,

In the heart of Bath, steps away from everything wonderful. Air conditioned, amazing service, beautiful space, super clean.

Good location, nice and clean, however the area is a bit noisy at nights because of bars and restaurants around and trash bin collection trucks early morning

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The honesty bar is very expensive though although coffee is free and the mattress our bed was a little uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel, very clean, very friendly staff. Noise insulation wasn’t great but it’s understandable given the age of the building. Highly recommend here if staying a night or two in Bath

外面噪音太大，昨晚真是糟糕透了。

Excellent little hotel in a perfect location. Would come back.
