My husband and I stayed here one night after finishing up some business in Kalamazoo. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I'm not going to complain about what they did or did not offer due to covid -- I've traveled to too many places where there is no breakfast in the morning and you make do on your own. Any offering, to me, is a plus. The only thing about this hotel that I didn't care for: the walls seemed extremely thin -- I could hear the tv in the next room doing its automatic smart device turn-on thing. When someone checked into that room, I don't think the person was being overly loud, but we could hear most of what went on all the same. Even so, it was a pleasant stay.

I’d compare this hotel to a motel 6. It was dirty and not kept up with. Tub was disgusting we didn’t even shower and if we had wanted to we only received two towels, no floor towel or wash cloths. The toilet literally ran all night, even after shaking the handle. Thankfully we didn’t have to stay there more than 10 hours. I would of canceled my reservation and found a different hotel.
