灣湖塔迪士尼當代度假村(Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort)

Excelente. 7 personas, 4 adultos y tres niños en un departamento. Amplio, con 3 baños, gran living donde dormían los niños. Se puede comer perfectamente en el departamento. Si está contratado te hacen room service diariamente. Excelente vista.

This hotel/resort is my favorite on Disney property. The beds are so comfortable, pillows are so perfect. We stay in a 2 bedroom suite with my brothers family. Nine of us can sleep so comfortable with plenty of space. The full size kitchen is absolutely perfect. You get a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee pot, stove and big microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked!! 3 FULL bathrooms with the master bedroom having a soaker/jacuzzi tub! You get 3 full size beds and a pull out sofa, a tv in each room. The ability to walk to magic kingdom, being to able to see the firework show makes this resort so amazing! The pool, with a great water slide that my kids LOVE. The poolside bar has great snacks, some food, and AWESOME adult drinks.

L'albergo è immerso in un bosco con lago, è una location stupenda. Collegato meravigliosamente con i parchi disney e disney spring, per raggiungere i parchi c'è un treno che entra direttamente nell'hotel con fermata nell'hotel, praticamente 5 minuti a piedi direttamente dalla stanza, wow!!! Se volete riposare un giorno e restare in albergo ci sono 2 piscine stupende soprattutto per i bambini, un baby club e ristoranti di buon livello. Senza considerare la possibilità di ordinare i pasti tramite applicazioni come uber eat e farli arrivare direttamente in hotel. La stanza è pulita spaziosa, con cucinino molto utile. Il personale è gentilissimo, da 5 stelle. Troppe sono le cose positive da scrivere, voglio solo raccontare che la stanza aveva un balcone grande da cui si poteva ammirare il lago, il bosco ed il castello di magic kingdom! E ogni sera verso le 21 abbiamo assistito al meraviglioso spettacolo dei fuochi di artificio che illuminano il castello. Se andate a disney world scegliete questo albergo.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Love the location so close to Magic Kingdom and also being on the Monorail, The units are very large and well equipped. They are in need of refurbishing but are very comfortable and the beds are great. The area around the hotel is lovely but the pool area needs a little love. Overall a great choice.

Many times when I travel something bad happens and you need a stroke of warmth and kindness to get back on track. This review is for Ana at bay lake towers front desk. We had a horrific experience at Celebration Golf Course that was beyond belief… and came to BLT looking for a restart .. Ana took us in and treated us like someone she had known for years. This is the best part of humanity one can experience: total compassion from a stranger. Ana took care of us immediately after hearing our ordeal and how poorly we were treated at the golf course and 20 mins later we were in our room relaxing and rebooting our father-son trip. Ana is a saint, period and hopefully her boss sees this review! Thanks Ana from Dan and Pilot ❤️ I

A Disney vende esse hotel como sendo de luxo e ele está longe disso. Os pontos altos são: localização (está ao lado do Magic Kingdom), tamanho e infraestrutura do quarto (é praticamente um apartamento de um quarto, com cozinha, sala e 2 banheiros), e benefícios oferecidos aos hóspedes para horários diferenciados nos parques, além de tudo integrado parque-lojas-restaurantes-hotel, pela Magic Band (pulseira que dá acesso a tudo e funciona como meio de pagamento) . Ah, tem também uma bela vista dos fogos. Por outro lado, o serviço deixa muito a desejar. Arrumam o quarto só uma vez a cada 3 dias - e ainda assim uma limpeza muito superficial (nem arrumaram as camas); nao tem room service (e o Café dentro do hotel é péssimo); e a decoração está outdated (meio brega até). E considerando que o preço é de um hotel de luxo, saí frustrada. Nao voltaria me hospedar nesse hotel.

Embarrassed to stay here.. not only is the pool area extremely dated but the food/bar area is stuck in 1990 as a concession stand. They only serve hot dogs, burgers, and a salad.. nachos and basic unhealthy items you’d get at a ball game in 1990. Not only the disgrace of the food/beverage service but the “precautions” they have in place for rain storms.. a rain storm approached with minimal lightening and rain. Once it cleared and it became extremely sunny, with a storm at least 20 miles away, the pools are still closed (maybe bc they want their other concessions to make money) no rain in site and not a cloud in sky above us. Every employee I approached got defensive and said it was safety which is BS knowing the storm was at least 20 miles away.. to spend the amount per night for a room is completely not worth it and all the concessions are stuck in 1990.. Shame on you greedy scum who own/operate hotel.. tsk tsk

This hotel is very impressive. Everything looks clean and new. Even the complementary toiletries are above average. The hotel connects to the Contemporary via an outdoor bridge on the 4th floor (5th floor at the Contemporary), for convenient access to the monorail. We actually saw the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our hotel room on the 3rd floor. The kids loved the water slide in the pool. The staff was very friendly. Another bonus: we were able to get groceries delivered from the local Publix to use in the fully functional kitchen. The only amenity lacking was USB ports to charge electronics (hotel claims they have them, but they don't).

Location, location, location. This is what BLT and Contemporary Hotel gives you. The ease of access Magic Kingdom is priceless. But man, the place needs a spruce up. It’s not very contemporary or shiny anymore. Rooms are tired looking. We stayed in 7614 and furniture, especially the couch, have seen better days. Also note this room is over the service area so beeping trucks started at sunrise. But you do get a fireworks view so there’s that. Pool area is also lacking shine and is looking its age. Laundry room was actually working so no problem doing a load of laundry (not always the case). But it’s Disney and you can walk to Magic Kingdom so that’s what gets it 4 star.
