奧蘭多國際大道伍德斯普林套房酒店(Woodspring Suites Orlando International Drive)

This hotel is a very nice place to stay.

No problems. Only problem is trying to book more days-- always sold out

Clean room, good kitchen.

I can't begin to express how awful this place was. The women at the front desk was so rude. I had a number of issues, including my TV and room wifi not working. She literally walked away from me, saying she was "checking", and never came back. I was only staying one night yet she thought having the maintenance person check the TV the next day was a reasonable solution. When I asked for a couple extra pillows (the ones in the room are tiny), she said she could "spare" one. I had to call the wi-fi provider myself to get the service in my room fixed. To top it all off, there were bed bugs. I ended up with multiple bites. I took the sheets off and had to sleep without them because my phone was not working properly and when I went to the front desk (again) nobody was there to help). I had the worst night sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable and the walls were like paper so it was noisy. Finally, the whole place had an awful smell. STAY AWAY from here!

Pictures online are very misleading, the a/c barely worked, did not get the king bed request (was given 2 queen), front desk uncoordinated, hotel smelled weird, everything felt cheap, roaches in bathroom, etc

Tirando o atendimento que foi muito bom, o restante é de se assustar. O hotel é mais um apartamento onde várias famílias moram e pagam aluguéis semanais. Tem cheiro de fumo no corredor do terceiro andar, ainda bem que fomos realocados para o térreo logo no primeiro dia por conta do terrível estado que estava o quarto que nos disponibilizaram no terceiro andar, havia tufo de cabelo pendurado no teto, mancha que parecia sangue no teto e no carpete, horrível. Não tem limpeza de quarto, ficamos 8 dias e em nenhum dia houve uma pessoa que passou pelo menos para retirar o lixo, nós que levamos para fora, achei um absurdo. Pedimos o reembolso pois nossa reserva era reembolsável, mas nos foi falado que após o check in não é possível fazer o reembolso, então deram um upgrade no nosso quarto e nos trocaram para o térreo, onde pelo menos não havia o cheiro forte de fumo. Não indico este hotel para ninguém. Sinto muito pois uma das recepcionistas é muito gente boa.

There was a fire and the hotel had water everywhere so i had to walk in water to get to the elevator no one apologized for the inconvenience we had to go throw the bed was not comfortable 2 flat pillows and a chair that is mess up
