Comfortable beds and rooms. Nice breakfast and attention to detail around the property. Saw employees on multiple days taking care of the parking lot, landscaping, cleaning walkways, etc. Only negative would be the noise of the train station behind the property and some people talking late into the night. Some posted Quiet Time signs would be recommended. The location of the hotel is near a nice selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping boutiques.

Shower in room119 did not produce cold water. Staff said they would have responded immediately had we told them. I didn't have the time to call or wait at 5:30 A.M. for a response. They should have offered to cut the bill but ddn't.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and a supermarket. Parking was One issue was the shower door wouldn't stay fully closed and we wished for a towel hook as guests step into/out of the shower. But these were minor things, we would definitely stay again in the future.

With many available rooms, I was put into a desolate area on the top floor near all the machinery. Barely got any sleep. The next day the front desk advised me I should have complained and they would have moved me to a quieter room. Is this how they treat customers in general or those coming through *******, I have no idea.

I'd "reviewed" on my arrival and finding out that the phone didn't work so I couldn't get a wake up call, that the clock radio was so uncleaned that I had to have it replaced the 2nd day because it couldn't be made to work and that the height of the toilet is seemingly for someone 5 years old or less. Yes, they did offer me a different room with a phone that might work but they'd had someone put in a strange little alarm clock that I was able to read the direction sheet and figure out...so, to repack to unpack again made no sense. I also found that the TV has no channels where you can get the weather or local news or anything but movies, strange and frustrating. The best of the place is the mattress, really comfy and the breakfast...but, if you want to eat you cannot go, get a tray and bring it up to your room. If you would want bring food up to family members who are staying there or someone ill or you just wanted to eat without strangers...you can't. No trays. Period. Juggling plates, utensils and drinks would be difficult, if not impossible. I guess they don't want additional messes in the rooms, but the selection and prep were excellent. The property it self is kept neat and clean though it's obvious it needs some "love". All in all it was nowhere near worth the amount I was charged, by any stretch, but it was a place to lay my head for the night.

We were on Long Island for a concert at the UBS arena and I booked the room right after the show ended. I was happy to have such a nice room. Super cozy and close by. The front desk gentleman was very friendly even at the later hour of the night. My wife and I had chuckled in our room when we noticed they had a little sign saying how much things were if you walked away with them like towels and sheets etc. I was amazed who would want a hotel phone I said. Well when I got home and went to bed after the trip I joked we should have bought the pillows. They were so comfortable that I would have gladly paid.

The property is well located with lots of parking. It needs a few updates but it was clean and well stocked there was a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The complementary breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Close to the airport LIRR and lots of restaurants.
