Overall a really nice location. Clean, the beds are really soft and was able to get good nights sleep before heading 18 hours home. We will be back!

Really rough and in disrepair. Saw the property in person and decided not to stay even though could not get a refund. Drove 45 minutes and got a different place.

Literally chunky filth stuck to the floor. Everything in the room was unclean. The beds were super comfy though. And I was so tired I just didn’t look to see if they were clean or not. There were no other options in the area. And it was cheap.

Good value clean comfortable. Good deal in this area.

We stayed for two nights. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. The staff was very nice and provided everything we needed. Owners are revamping hotel. Will be excited to see the end results.

There was no continental breakfast, although that was advertised. The floors were greasy, as though they hadn’t been mopped for several days (linoleum). The pillows on the bed had sofa pillow covers with fleece backing - not-bed pillow cases. They are obviously not washed between uses. Stay away

The front desk lady was very friendly but the hotel itself is in poor condition.

I didn’t stay there. The pictures that are on the website are misleading, it doesn’t look great at all in person

Bayou la batre not so suite. No hot water. No safety latch on the door,it had been broken off. No seal on the door,smoke from neighbor rolled right in. I had 2 nights booked...only stayed 1. Not good

We reserved a room that way we in middle of all attractions each side of Mobile. Sadly I was very disappointed. We had a room great ac , and mini fridge. TV remote battery bad. We ended up having to purchase some but upon entering it looked ok. Bed was not bad as it was new. Pillows on other hand ,terrible. We paid for a week. After 4 days returned towels for clean one as no one would come clean or change anything. Luckily I had some towels I brought. They counted each towel rag and dish towel before issuing more. Stating they were tired and come get our own each time...what was worse is we had no hot water and I told them. They're reply was flush toilet and turn sink on it will work. Ok whatever I won't waste my time anymore...4th night I was told DO NOT USE TUB ,very rudely. It leaks down to bottom floors.. I hadn't even used tub as it's very dirty. I will share photos all. The GFI outlets in bathroom are faulty.Fire hazards! No hot water. Also I kept hearing change hit floor while we slept. I got up find lots of pennies in bed frame and under bed. That's showing lack of cleaning. One good thing I have to say ar conditioner actually work great. Now the staff I believe consisted of one man his wife ,daughter and grandkids. The one lady that wasn't part of there family busted her hump. She was responsible for all rooms, laundry and front desk. I hope she realizes life has more to offer. The shower and tub was nasty but I cleaned shower so we could use it. Mold growing on floor around commode as well. Pics shown. The tub was suppose to be jaccuzi however wiring had been removed and it was really nasty. Pics posted to reflect all this. To bad they dont take pride in it. Just here for the dollar to send home. After being told not use tub we checked out next day...if floor leaky and bad I don't wanna be on 2nd floor then. Furthermore paying for a room, shouldn't we be allowed to use facilities. All plugs and wall vents were falling off as well. I'll never be back. If I could give it less than one star I would have. It's very fraudulent on its listing. There is no laundry, no breakfast, no room service.
