洪加達海灘酒店

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy. We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

酒店真的很好,很乾淨。很多餐廳,食物選擇很好。 在檢查 Ahmed Mazhar 和 Mostafa 時 太棒了,讓我感覺賓至如歸。整理了我的房間,設法讓我的家人靠近我,因爲我在這裏給他們驚喜。5⭐️服務,絕對是酒店的資產。再次感謝你們倆。 游泳池是我見過的最乾淨的游泳池之一。娛樂工作人員真的很好,樂於助人。白天缺乏東西是我唯一要說的。 管家穆罕默德總是超越一切,以確保我們擁有我們需要的一切。 雖然所有的酒店都很棒,但有一些事情讓它失望。 總的來說,所有的工作人員都很樂於助人,很開心,但一如既往,有一些人沒有,也不會做任何事情來幫助。 軟飲料都是瓶子,所以如果你點一杯飲料,它是新鮮的瓶子,但有時你會得到一瓶,它是平的。 小吃吧很差,在10am-1pm和3pm-7pm的幾個小時之間沒有太多選擇,哪裏都找不到輕咬的地方。碼頭服務一些東西,但很遠,如果你在游泳池,不方便。 任何地方都沒有薯條或炸薯條。這真的很令人失望,我的媽媽和阿姨喜歡薯條,所以不得不在餐廳訂購每份3美元。不是你期望的全包。 正如我所說的,我們有一個非常好的住宿,我肯定會回到這家酒店,並有可能成爲一個優秀的酒店。

從希爾頓換過來的，也是一家很火的全包酒店。酒店人超多，很安全，晚上還有各種活動。 阿拉伯風格的建築真的好美，我住的泄湖景觀房，觀景效果超美！傍晚也一定要看夕陽，太好看了。 房間裏面設施簡陋，不過能接受，也沒有大家説的那麼不堪。 吃的來説這邊都差不多，白人飯就那樣。 關於服務來説，我沒有感受到歧視這些，相反態度挺好的。

先説結論：不推薦去赫爾格達花錢受氣，全員結構性歧視中國人。如果非要去，這家酒店可以考慮 1. 服務：餐廳工作人員還行，但是 – 沙灘上工作人員對白人會超級熱情聊天並主動詢問喝什麼，到我這就直接跳過，中國據我觀察都是吧枱自取。interesting，主打暗着噁心你。和manager投訴後，並無改善（管理團隊誠懇道歉了，但埃及結構性歧視也許無解） – 沙灘上我還因為搬動了一個沒人用的圍欄被工作人員大吼（旁邊白人一個人用兩個就毫無問題了） 2. 配套：説是四個餐廳，但根本預約不到，等於只有一個餐廳，食堂水平的食物。只有燒烤吧還行。但凡住過其他地方的全包酒店，都誇不出來 3.房間：裝修很搓，國內廉價快捷酒店水平，招待所三個字形容最準確 總之赫爾格達這個地方完全不推薦，這個酒店已經是評價相對不錯的了

O resort é incrível, estivemos durante 3 dias hospedados e foi uma ótima experiência, a estrutura do hotel é excelente, tem praia privativa, piscinas aquecidas, show noturno todo dia, vôlei, e muito mais... A limpeza é ótima, muito capricho e cuidado, a comida é deliciosa e todos os colaboradores foram muito educados e dispostos a te deixar o mais confortável possível! Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar neste resort. 🙂

Hisham非常熱情周到，讓我們感覺像是享受了一次五星級的住宿體驗。房間、泳池和海灘都很棒，但真正讓這家旅館與眾不同的是這裡的人們。一切都乾淨整潔，維護得很好。對我來說唯一的小缺點是，部分食物，尤其是甜點，味道略顯平淡，不過選擇還是很多的。總的來說，我們住得很愉快，一定會再入住。

很棒的酒店!2025年春天這裏是第四次!很棒的房間,豪斯基普解決了所有問題!餐廳超越了一切讚美,多樣的美味和有用的食物!食譜工作很好,迅速解決定居點!總是好,響應!我很樂意回來!感謝旅館的全體隊員們的好好休息!

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

這是第三次在這家酒店。每次都驚喜。儘管老酒店總是打掃過，但還是在主餐廳打掃過。他們做飯很美味，尤其是牛肉和魚。各種各樣。每天清潔。在房間裏喝水。海灘很乾凈，很乾凈。員工彬彬有禮。 對於3 ***，這是相當值得的...我知道我在寫什麼。 如果您需要廉價的放鬆，可以安全預訂
