比洛克西海灘酒店

從開始到結束的很棒的住宿。非常友好的樂於助人的辦公桌個人使訪問如此愉快。乾淨舒適的房間。會回來,不會考慮住在其他地方。

我和妻子在海灘上度過了4天的假期,然後在週六晚上去比洛西參加了林奈德·斯凱尼德音樂會。我們到達之前通過Trip.com預訂了一個房間。我們從Perdido Key開車過來,對Biloxi海灘的美麗感到非常驚訝。當我們停到酒店時,對漢普頓酒店的狀況感到驚喜。游泳池很棒,有很多遮蔭的停車場,很乾淨,很及時。工作人員很棒,甚至讓我們提前入住了一間可以看到海灘的升級房間。房間乾淨舒適。房間裏有微波爐和冰箱。電梯很快。睡得很好。早餐真的很好,而且所有工作人員都很好,樂於助人。如果重訪比洛西,肯定會再呆在那裏。

完美的地點!街對面就是博瑞瓦奇,房間太棒了!很乾淨,牀也最舒服!

這是我們第一次在金塊酒店。我們對標誌指示感到失望,我們不得不自己搜索酒店入住櫃檯。儘管是晚上,地板上沒有工作人員提供幫助,只看到一名警衛。我們慶祝我們的週年紀念,特別期待自助餐,但發現它已經關閉了一段時間,儘管它在您的網站上刊登了廣告。另一個失望是沒有老虎機。我們酒店的房間很好,但總體而言,這次旅行令人失望!

酒店很好。廁所漏水,但嘿,事情發生了。我病得很重。(102度高燒),不得不提前一天離開,無法退款。

工作人員很好。地理位置優越。牀不舒服。很硬,走廊有煙味,但這是無煙樓😒。不確定我們是否還會再住這裏。

那裏有一些噪音,但總的來說還是不錯的住宿!!!!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.
