雲杉小屋(Spruce Lodge)

Exceeded expectations. Everything inside the room extremelly new and modern. All equipped with modern tecnology. Has everything it was necessary and some more. Got special attention to solve a personal mistake in my reservation ans check in promply solved without any problem or headache.

Easy self check-in. Easy to find. Very large room. Great bathroom and really large, nice shower. Heated floors were an unexpected but fabulous touch.

I stayed in the forget-me-not chalet, and it was amazing. Super clean, fantastic decor, and an AMAZING bed. I'll definitely be seeking it out again.

I don't understand why they wanted me to throw away my own garbages. There were not enough bath towels for our stayed. The room was too warm and this is late September.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable inside. Kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Sofa was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Water was hot.

Amazing bed, in floor heat, very updated and modern. Easy check in.

Easy self check in, simple and clean for a good night stay! Reasonably priced too!

The rooms are nice and well equipped. The location is a short drive to Seward and sites. However check-in is difficult. Property is hard to locate from roadway and check-in ends at 3:30 pm. Property is not staffed & electronic codes must be provided by *******/Property prior to attendance. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Check in was difficult and problematic.
