博那酒店(L'Hotel de Beaune)

Un Etablissement d une très mauvaise qualité à Beaune et des tarifs inimaginables Accueil et attente 10 mn a l arrivée devant la porte Chambre très bruyante donnant sur la rue Une déco digne d une maison de retraite a l accueil Un tarif très élevé et des prestations qui ne correspondent pas du tout à un hôtel 5 étoiles La douche froide !!!! Le restaurant exceptionnellement mauvais également Inimaginable en 2022 ….. Mention spéciale aux Réceptionnistes qui essaient de recoller les morceaux Bref il y a tellement d autres belles adresses à Beaune Ne vous fiez pas aux avis trompeurs

Hôtel très décevant pour le prix, le cadre est agréable et en centre ville, la chambre est confortable mais rien d'exceptionnel la salle de bain est belle mais rien ne justifie le prix demandé, c'est totalement abusif, sans information préalable le parking est facturé 35 €, un lit enfant 50 € et le petit déjeuner 25 €......A fuir !

How can you say enough about your experience when simply everyone that works there wants to do all that they can to make your stay memorable…..the staff were accommodating, friendly, professional and fun. The location was amazing and the rooms did not disappoint! We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to everyone!

the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

We had the most pleasant stay at L'Hôtel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, kept tidy, and quiet. Nice room amenities. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Great coffee! At our arrival, we were alerted of a flat tire. It could've been a real disaster, but the front desk staff person (I believe Marie?) took charge and quickly found a solution. She went above and beyond getting this taken care of, and even walked to our lunch location to let us know the mechanic was there and was fixing the tire. (Thank you!!) The entire staff were so courteous and kind. We dined at their Bistro restaurant. Our meal was sooo yummy. OM! Destination chicken dinner. I have never had chicken that tasted so good. I am trying to figure how to return asap for that bird. My only regret is that they did not have more nights available to extend our stay. Over the years, we have stayed at 2 other well-rated hotel locations, but L'Hôtel is the best in the area!
