博訥寵物友善酒店

We decided to spend a few days in Beaune and happily chose this hotel. The proprietor is most helpful and arranged dinner reservations for us ahead of time, at our email request. The rooms are lovingly decorated in very French decor and we felt had enough space to feel quite comfortable. Beautiful modern bathroom. Breakfast was typical French and we enjoyed it. The hotel is situated very nicely. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 10 min walk from the center of town where there are many restaurants, wine tasting rooms, lovely patisseries etc. We had a great time discovering Beaune from our hotel. We recommend it whole-heartedly and will come again!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a return from Provence back to the UK. The hotel was fantastic from the facilities in the hotel, breakfast and most importantly the staff. they cannot do enough to take the hassle out of your stay from organising/recommending local restaurants to recommending local cellar tours and degustations - we would definitely come back. Rooms are well equipped, VERY clean free mini bar drinks (soft) with wifi, Netflix, amazon prime video - everything you need. Valet parking tops it all off !

一個美麗的地方,建築和裝飾獨特。是一棟老建築,變成了酒店。酒店在博恩市中心,靠近所有商店,距離葡萄園10分鐘路程。工作人員非常友好。酒店每個房間都不一樣。非常經典和歷史悠久,但現代品質。

We were lost in Beaune with no phone batteries and 3 small children, wandering around at night looking for our hotel. We came into the hotel to ask for help and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. She printed two maps for us and a list of directions and was really kind. We found our way no problem after that. We just wanted to say thankyou for looking after a tired and stressed family.

5月15日星期一到達,住了一晚。前台接待接待好,停車場寬敞。酒店位置中心,步行到鎮上所有景點。價格非常合理–裏面很破。房間寬敞,地毯有污漬。酒店周圍到處都在進行建築工作。驚訝的是沒有提到***********的建築工作。停車場 - 堆滿了建築商的材料和廢棄傢俱的區域。我們沒有感到恐慌,因爲建築商在一天結束時停止工作。酒店消防門砰的關上(自動–你讓他們走)。所以我們後來被其他客人吵醒,無意中砰的一聲關上門。洗澡–洗澡時頭“掉牆”到我老公身上!在6.00am(是的6.00am)!建築商們開始了他們的一天–駕駛一輛大聲的叉車穿過一條通道,運送更多的材料,來回的負載越來越多。車輛頻繁的吵鬧聲,加上反向警告的煩人的聲,我們被吵醒了,酒店老闆在想什麼?8.00am對於建築商開始砰砰作響,完全不合理。6.00am太可笑了。在6.15穿上衣服,去前台投訴,值班的年輕人很親切,收到投訴很好。給了我們免費早餐。早餐–就差不多ok了。不太好。有新鮮水果切好。我很高興我們沒有爲此付出代價。WIFI到達時,您得到了WiFi密碼等....附有說明,說明門戶在22h30和6h.“Le portail est ferme de 22h30 a 6h”之間關閉。所以晚上或者晚上不要打擾想要WiFi!旅客–不要住這裏,不管價格如何,除非解決那些敲打室內門的人,控制他們的建築承包商,否則你不會得到一個好的睡眠。一個悲慘的經歷。

Room and bathroom of good size and comfortable, but be careful with the floor of the shower which is super slippery. Reception staff are very unfriendly and act as if they are doing you a favor when checking in or answering any queries. This hotel was the only ACCOR hotel on our trip that didn't offer us free water. The location is excellent, very close to the old town, shops and restaurants. We parked our car very close, in the Madeleine Square, where there is a large free parking lot.

歴史を感じる旅を楽しみたい人にはぴったり。日本で言えば、京町家を改装したホテルというところでしょうか。中世の街かおとぎ話の中にいるような感覚が味わえます。
