This is a time share/hotel type. They don't serve food, but the grocery is just a few minutes away. It will be a nice room for a family of four. Clean and close to our destination.

OVERALL: Really great experience, would definitely stay here again. PROS: We got a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, balcony with table & chairs, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful view, nicer than my first apartment! I wish we could've stuck around and enjoyed it all more. Also the whole front desk staff (at my request) kindly signed a happy anniversary card and gave it to my wife and me at check-in, a really thoughtful and well-delivered gesture; we really appreciated their extra effort. CONS: Nothing to mention other than some minor confusion over coffee availability. Long story short, the front desk staff should clarify that the Activities Center does serve coffee starting at 9:00. Or better yet, offer free coffee in the lobby. :-)

Room had a horrible smoke smell. We were greeted by an ozone machine and bath fans on. It was so bad that we both got sore throats and sinus headaches. We arrived after 11 pm so no front desk staff. Did let them know at check-out. They said they would make sure everything was fine the next time. Wish they would of made it better right then.

Great place for a weekend getaway! Didn’t take advantage of the resort amenities but the outdoor pool and mini golf facility are must-try things to do! Our unit was spacious and the kitchenette was stocked with tableware and flatware. Will return. Restaurants in the area do close a bit early and not many delivery options but there’s a grocery store that’s a quick drive away.

The pools were great. Staff were nice and friendly. Condo was “ok”. Old and you can tell there had been water damage on kitchen cabinets. No washer and dryer. Wish the 2nd bedroom had two queen beds. We have stayed at other IHG properties that were much nicer. No streaming capabilities on tv.

The property is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, with lovely views of the woods and mountains. There are multiple buildings and units, so we never felt that we were too close to our neighbors and had space to stretch out. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen. Everything was well stocked (towels, shower items, kitchen items, etc.) and furnished with a nice, rustic look to match the outdoor space. We used the pool, cafe and gym during our stay and enjoyed it very much. The front desk staff were exceptional as was everyone who we met that worked on-property. Smiling, friendly faces who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Two suggestions to make the property even better: 1) The gym was equipped with very old, dirty machines and weights. It should be refurbished with newer equipment and also the lighting updated as it is situated in a basement and seemed very dingy. I used it twice and there were others in there as well, so if people are using it upgrade it! 2) In the outdoor pool area, a little music piping through a speaker would add to the activity area where the pool is situated. It was very quiet (which is nice) however, the music would have added to a better experience.

Check-in was easy. Were oriented to the property and its many activities. Are sorry we're here just one day (and a short day at that, with 9 pm check-in and 10 am check-out). Told we can avail ourselves of the activities on site even after check-out, which feels extremely generous. Activity center with pools, indoor and outdoor; arcade; movie theater and more. Hiking trails, miniature golf, etc. Would be fantastic place to spend more time. Sorry we're just passing through. Unit itself is a townhouse, making it a unique choice among hotels. Extremely spacious (two full bathrooms including a very large primary bathroom on the second floor) and well equipped (full kitchen, stove, etc.). Guest must be able to climb stairs.

Quiet and clean, convenient to shops and restaurants in Lee and Stockbridge. Our unit was a little dated and you could hear the people upstairs but it was fine. Master bathroom had no counter top to put toiletries on so we had to improvise with a chair.

Nice place to relax and get away from the rat race. Great walking and trees and trails. Nice to get back to nature. Presidential Rooms are huge and great kitchen stocked with pans and glassware to cook.
