This is a really nice hotel. Only down side is that the cops are always watching and pulling anyone over who leaves the hotel. Some of us are just trying to live not sell *****

Good hotel

Our toilet in our bathroom would not flush. Myself and my two kids had to use the hallway bathroom every time one of us had to go. On top of that, the hallway bathroom had roaches. I understand that I didn’t pay for an exquisite hotel, however, I would think as a bare minimum, we would be able to use our own bathroom.

booked two rooms but only gave one towel and cloth in each room for 4 people can hear neighboring room walk hard on floors ..hot tub pool ..lol..dont know who's idea that was dont expect to swim and location of hot tub pool is located ..smh...very clean place to stay i must say though

The best of the hotel was the people helping with the breakfast and cleaning. The worse was the manager and the lack of a shuttle. The hotel's profile says that it has a shuttle to the airport daily from 4 am to midnight. That was the selling point for me when I got stranded in Dallas. Guess what? The shuttle only runs when it is convenient for the hotel owners. On Saturday the last shuttle was at 8 am!! The manager told me that ******* has not changed the information despite the fact that he has told ******* that the availability of the shuttle has changed since the pandemic started. Well, American Airlines also has the same information. So, who is the one lying? the motel or ******* and AA?

This place has the potential to be much better, however the front desk receptionist could do a little better with hearing about an issue and not forgetting about it 5 mins later. We asked for new towels and tissue paper 5 times before it was given to us. Had a few issues with the room key as well. Our towels were very dirty and the lamps kept breaking once we touched them. The toilet also stopped us a few times. Aside from that the place was okay. The house keeping representatives we met in the hallway were very nice.

The Room was dirty from sign in until sign out. The room was not mopped or swept. The floors were still fif=lfthy with prior persons in the room, the sink had dirty hair in it still from prior room occupants and as well did the Shower,,,The floor was dirty with air everywhere in the bathroom still. The female at th Frot counter was VERY RUDE and NO CUSTOMER greetings skills or nice at any point...

When I asked for one addtional towel, because there were three of us staying in the room, I was told I could only have pool towels. When I asked for two additional washrags because they had only given us one and there were three of us staying, I was given two bath mats.

Entire second floor smelled like **** as soon as you get off the elevator. Got to my room later in the evening after going out with family. Had little tiny red bugs (not bed bugs) all over the bed. Tried to get someone at the front desk and no one was there. Rand the bell and everything. Ended up going to a different hotel in the middle of the night, washing my clothes, and throwing away my suitcase.
