芝加哥中途機場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Chicago Midway Airport)

So dirty, I got allergies I've never experienced before. No hot breakfast. One elevator works out of two. Stinky toilets on the first floor spreading smell all over the place. Second worst hotel in the USA.

To start our rooms weren't ready until 4pm. No breakfast amenities. In my room we requested to not have feathered pillows because of allergies. We STILL had feathered pillows and had to go down and ask for new ones. They didn’t have room service clean our room. We never put the do not disturb sign up so they could clean but still didn’t. The elevators broke down and my mom has a disability where she walks with a cane. We were on the 5th floor!!! They couldn't even accommodate. So we took a minute to get her up all those stairs. Then after i got her in the room. I look at the elevators and someone's hand comes out of it and takes the sign off the wall. Like did they fix it already and forgot to take the signs off or did they not even fix it but since it was causing alot of complaints with guests they just took it down. Then in my moms room the bathroom light went out and they never came to replace it. Then when it was time to check out, the automatic door at the entrance wouldnt open all the way. Just terrible, worst stay that ive had.

Filthy! I definitely won’t be staying here again. Could not provide a clear picture of the oil slick floating in the pool; completely disgusting. Couldn’t bring myself to take a pic of the hair and pee around the base of the toilet.

Check in was the highlight of my stay. The staff person handling the check in was very professional and courteous! Breakfast and parking were not included. My room was clean but not comfortable at all. Bed pillows were of poor quality….and the fainting chair as uncomfortable.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. Considering my flight had been canceled I was able to book the room easily and the shuttle service took away all the stress. Staff was wonderful!

Hotel was clean. Rooms, lobby,elevators. Smelled fresh throughout hotel. Sheets..bed cover spotless. Service exceptional.

We arrive at 6pm on dec-22nd. Receptionist at the front desk was kind of rude and not welcoming, felt like she did us a favor and check us in. Other than that hotel is clean and close to Chicago MIdway airport 5 minutes away with traffic. Plenty restaurants around and Friday’s is just next door.
