卡爾菲利乾酪普瑞米爾酒店（十字路口）(Premier Inn Caerphilly Crossways)

Waited 2 weeks to review, as complaint has been made.But nothing from them. Rude staff on reception, rude and pushy staff in pub attached. Smoking and swearing staff while they wait to clean rooms, all within earshot of young children. These issues were reported to reception when we left. Issues reported to customer relations andno response. I was a frequent stayer with Premier Inn with business and pleasure, but have now lost it. Obviously not bothered about paying customers.

Very disappointed that my stay did not live up to precious stays in the same hotel chain. The lock on the bathroom door did not work and there was no privacy cover on the security peephole. Restaurant service was abysmal and we did not even get an apology when we complained. Would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We needed a one night stay in the area before moving on to stay with family. We chose this hotel as it was the cheapest one in the area, however the room was very tired & the plumbing in our room didn’t work properly. The bed was very comfortable & we had a good night’s sleep. The staff were pleasant enough, but not up to the usual standard we expect at Premier Inn.

We just stayed overnight, decided to turn a business trip into a little bit of leisure time. Crossways was the perfect location - 30 min walk to Carephilly Castle, McDonalds right next door to hotel & a Brewers Fair on site so that was food & pleasure all taken care of!! The reception staff were very smiley, polite & friendly. Hotel was clean & quiet. Loads of on site parking. Perfect stay for a flying visit to Wales.

This hotel had a comfortable accessible room. We slept very well and enjoyed one of the best designed wet-room showers we have seen, everything worked. The staff at the hotel and associated restaurant were friendly and helpful. Self-service breakfasts were good, especially if you liked bacon and eggs and good coffee. Evening meals tended to be heavy in chips and fried or grilled foods.

Comfortable bed, black out curtains and air con meant a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel 🏨 very clean good location ideal for families 👪 staff are friendly and welcoming will always go back close to super markets and halal food about 20 min away in Cardiff on City Road

Stayed for 1 night May 2024. We were here for Bruce Springsteen in Cardiff and luckily I booked early on and got it for £60.00! I have to say, the staff were excellent. The lady on the first day was friendly and really helpful in booking a taxi for us via a local firm, so we didn't get ripped off. The bloke at checkout was also friendly, as were the breakfast staff. The location is around 25 mins walk to the train station. The train station is handy and got us into Queen Street in about 20 mins. The room was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast food quality was good, although they were under staffed for the number of guests. If I'm ever coming to Cardiff again and want to avoid the crowds in the city, I would recommend this Premier Inn.

My friend and I used Caerphilly Crossways as an overnight stay . I was impressed. Nice hotel reasonable price, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Will stay there again.
