Had booked my multi-day stay a long time in advance and communicated my wish for a room on a higher floor, but had to stay the whole time on the ground floor. This, together with there being no straightforward way to request a room change (you were supposed to remember to ask for it in the mornings) made me feel less valued as guest.
Very little appetizing choice at the breakfast buffet.
For the rest a good deal for the money.
