Estrutura de resort, manutenção horrível, nao recomendo a hospedagem. Piscina sem condições, inclusive tinha peixes. Pequeno almoço (café da manhã) com poucos itens. Restaurante com boa comida, mas sem opções, e demora muito.

We had booked a whole block for a wedding function. There were no helpers available. The lifts in block D and in the conference centre we’re not working. We had elderly and disabled people in the group who had lots of difficulties to climb up the stairs. We had to carry big bags to the 3rd floor. Bed linnen is quite used. There were bugs in the WC. We asked for the buggy to take our elderly guests from the rooms to the conference hall, the receptionist just told us it was not for the guests but for their bosses. Poor service.

The the place looks awesome as you drive up, but the pool isn’t clean the lifts don’t work you can’t get access to the beach as the won’t open the gates They messed up with the booking and then tried to charge me for something that they could explain what they were charging for

The toilet system needs attention. We went for a day without the toilet flashing twice

Et hotell uten service. og ikke fasiliteter som de sier.

I booked this for 2 of our business travellers and their experience was not good. Feedback is that the facility is totally run down with poor infrastructure and terrible food

Our trip was great the breakfast rice was bomb. The rooms were nice and the service was great. The grounds are beautiful

The rooms were okay. Pathetic service during breakfast, the food is basically for the Chinese occupants and it's a first come first serve basis ,it's like a school once the food is finished if you didn't get that's your problem no effort even to meet the guest satisfaction. We didn't get the value of what we paid for.
