Good but not like 2018

*********** rezervasyonu ile gittik otele yorgun gelmiştik hemen odamıza geçip dinlenmek istiyorduk. resepsiyondaki personel rezervasyonu göremiyorum Diye bizi keyfi 55 dk bekletti. 🤦‍♂️ oysaki 55 dk sonrası hiç bir şey değişmemişti nasıl oldu da gördü rezervasyonu.

Great stay as usual when visiting Beirut. Centrally located and accessible to all parts of Beirut within minutes. Rooms are spacious and most are newly remodeled. 24/7 power zero issues. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Thanks to Malek, Issam and the front desk for making our stay comfortable as usual. See you next time!

Terrible experience. I made the same booking by mistake for a day from 2 different bookings pages. Even if my bookings were showing in their system as same booking, same person, same hotel, staff refused to help me. They asked me to contact *********** because they can’t do anything about it. After i was in touch with *********** i was told that hotel is the only one who can help me change the stay(i didn’t ask for refund i asked for change of dates!!!!!!). Staff extremly useless, it was very difficult for me to even have a conversation with them because i went trough a surgery a day before and i was there to recover. After 2 days of me trying to talk and explain my situation they told me there’s nothing they can do about it even if my reservation appeared in their system booked twice !!!!! They refused. The duty manager Mazen was even super rude and laughed in my face telling me it’s not his duty of solving such issues. I decided to check out and booked another hotel because there was no point to extend in a hotel that my money was stolen. At check out they told me it s okay i can extend another day for free. I m just speechless of such customer service, after having to go through many arguments with 3 of the staff and to be told it s nothing they can help with. I came there to recover after a surgery not to have useless arguments with the reception staff! Terrible experience. Terrible managment. They could have helped me from day one, they didn t want!!!! I definetly don’t recommend just because the rudeness of the staff. Rooms are ok but they smell very bad. If you’re non smoker you will feel it.

I had visited this Hotel on December 2019 and it was almost very good in both breakfast and accommodation; I'm surprised during my present stay with the standard of food quality and quantity and staff at reception they are upset and not cooperative and rooms has a very low standard of accessories like shower cap or vanity set ... etc..

Best hotel in Beirut, best team, best services, very clean, excellent hospitality, feel relaxed and comfortable, very friendly staff, thank you All, specially Mr. Malek from FO, and all front office team, your welcoming makes me feel at home, See you soon

I had amazing stay there, I enjoyed my time a lot, very cozy hotel with friendly staff, very clean, the room sizes are very comfortable, their Asian Restaurant is wow, most importantly the location is very close to almost everywhere and there is exchange shop right opposite to the hotel. I enjoyed a lot and will definitely come again, I would also like to give my thanks to Mr. Malek from reception as he was very helpful with us during our stay and he was very friendly and professional.

The AC was not working though they said during the checking in that the AC is working. After couple of times calling the reception to send the maintenance guy to check on the AC in our room, we found out that they turned the AC off to cut costs. Do not go there. It should be ranked a one star hotel!
