貝爾法斯特家庭旅館(Room2 Belfast Hometel)

We had a nice time and it’s a nice hotel with all the staff being super friendly however our air con unit only blew out cold air not ideal in March And had to be reset the next day - a quick search on Tripadvisor shows that this was not the first time this has happened and Led to us not having a great nights sleep on our first night .

Really love the vibe of this hotel and have been regular visitors since it opened. This time on a girls trip a few issues came up to consider when booking. The normal rooms are small, when there’s a few girls getting ready it’s a squeeze. We found the beds quite small this time and not as comfortable as usual. If there’s any issues you can’t contact anyone. You have to walk down to reception. Then that’s not manned all the time so we waited a while for someone to help us with a restock of loo rolls! The main thing is to be prepared for the noise. There’s a radio station that plays out it’s show into the street at top volume early. We have that side of the hotel this time. There’s also a very loud church bell that rings in every hour from 8am… not much rest was had. Not the hotels fault of course but something to consider. Overall another great stay but did feel this time as we stayed on a Saturday there would be a most comfortable room for the price. We al didn’t really get a good night sleep so where grateful for a 2pm check out to be woken us by house keeping at 12. A lot of coffee was needed that day! Definitely would would return & staff amazing just a shame about the noise.

Visited Room2 while in Belfast for the day with my husband and daughter . Had Coffee and pastries which were delicious . The service we received was 5 star and all with a smiling face . A special shout out to Andrea who made our daughter feel like a VIP . Giving her a tour of the hotel and a letting her test out the Gym. We will definitely be making a return trip to Room2 only next time for a sleepover 🤗

The heating doesn’t work and the staff passive aggressively gaslight around the problem. It’s frustrating when the blower is giving cold air but the thermostat insists everything is fine. All they had to do was put the hand to it, but that didn’t happen. Instead there was a room change to the same problem, not quite admitted, in various contradictory explanations, then the manager came to offer a portable heater. No mention of anything when it was fixed the next day and no apology for a sleepless evening with the noisy heater struggling away all night. The shower has little pressure and is tepid - another carbon saving gesture in my behalf I assume. The environmental compromises are shifted too far towards discomfort for the customer. The Gym is decent, the laundry is handy. The bar has music some nights but too many dirty tumblers and wine glasses with lippy on them and theres no finesse to the service when you bring these things up which is disappointing. This isn’t your typical hotel, its very casual. At times when I asked for things, (like can I have some fried eggs and where do you keep the salt) even with the best manners you are made to feel those people who should be happy to deliver would rather be elsewhere in a culture which seems apathetic at times. It feels weird, hipster, and unwelcoming to anyone without an artsy, apologetically compliant disposition.

Just called in for a nosey and a coffee. We weren't disappointed. Such warm and friendly staff. Think the guys name was Killian who made and served our coffees, he was very friendly and good craic! We will definitely be back soon. Next time for a few drinks 😄

No dedicated front desk staff, so you have to wait for them to stop making drinks or playing guitar to serve you. AC is locked and you must ask front desk every time you want it adjusted. Unprofessional joke of a hotel. All style no substance. Avoid staying here.

Hotel bem localizado e confortável. Um apartamento hotel com conforto, limpo e agradável. Música ao vivo no bar a noite em ambiente animado. Indico a aqueles que desejam um hotel pequeno tipo apart, numa localização no centro de Belfast com muitos restaurantes e fast food no entorno

Rooms are compact in this vibrant hotel. Navigating round the bed at night was a bit of a challenge. The service was universally excellent and the breakfasts really good. It is a great location for accessing central Belfast. Would be very happy to stay again.

Una maravilla de hotel. Se ve todo nuevo y muy cuidado. Las instalaciones dan mucho de si, con gimnasio y lavandería. La decoración muy cuidada y original. La habitación es muy bonita, lo único que echamos de menos fue un armario de baldas para poner la ropa . Fuimos con nuestra pequeña y todos los trabajadores estuvieron muy atentos a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy completo, aunque mejor no llegar a la última hora. La localización es inmejorable y la iluminación de la entrada y los porteros de noche, dan mas tranquilidad. Efectivamente un hogar fuera de casa
