My compliments to all the staff and specially thanks for being a Pet friendly hotel.... Loved the venue for my " Engagement" .. Apart from DECORATION part , it was not Worth 20 k . I've to pay 40 k .. ... Rest Everything was best.

Not the best choice. Full of moskito , the staff completely unprepared to hospitalized clients . Dirty linens , see photo. Dirty pillows, see photo . They do Maintenace overnight and as a result ....forget about sleep ,if you have an early morning call. Expect full dark nights and power cuts . Internet is ok . Breakfast , forget it , they start after 07.30 . Just wondering , who will go there to overnight on a business trip amd has a breakfast 07.30 in the morning

Overall, the stay was ok but the negatives outweigh the positives for sure. On the bright side, food is great and check in check out was smooth. Room was spot clean and the staff was polite. Now the flip side: Parking lot is a discarded basement area - very poor layout and lots of dirt and litter around. Washbasin water was moving slowly - some issue with the flow - toliet was smelly and very basic. All that was bearble but not the nusiance we endured during night time - the hotel had a political event going on and there was a lot of commotion in the aisle. Someone rang our bell five times at 11.30 pm - some fellow who came to the wrong door but unaware of it for whatever reason - we ignored the disturbance but the experience was unnerving - that was the last we saw of Mayur for sure.

Very comfortable room and good spread of Breakfast (on Sunday it is Buffet) and rest of days it is Ala Carte. Banquet areas are superb to hold more than 700 + guests and also any type of conference can be held. Team is well set with Mr. Susai Fernandes, GM, for the Restaurants and Banquet zone. A shortage of staff can be seen and the there has been recrui**ent going on. Our stay was comfortable (Room 204) and housekeeping Mr. Channvirayya kept the room very neat. Will definitely come back for stay here. Team at the restaurant led by Mr. Fernandes and staff of Vikas Singh/ Mustakim/Huzaif R M/ M D Huzaif, are very efficient and always on their toes. The security Raju was very smiling and very helpful. Receptionist Mr. Sagar Kamble was very helpful and efficient in clearance of all our bills and Ms. Sofiya.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The place was very well appointed and very clean. The staff were very attentive. The GM Mr S Fernandes was an exemplar of the best in hospitality. We would love to return
