In the room there is no windows (you can see it on their page and they mentioned it) but also there is no air. they have a air conditioner for the refresh the air but it is not working well and also it is too noisy, it is impossible to sleep whit its nois (we kept the door open for air circulation). the room walls and the bed is too dirty and there is problem in the bathroom. No window or air output in the bathroom. Breakfast is at another hotel. You're having trouble logging in, too. Lastly they are not friendly. After we left, he scolded us on whatsapp and wrote rudely.

The pictures are nothing like the rooms shown in this pic. I recently visited in Dec and i had the most horrible experience. This is a refurbished refugee hotel with the rooms in basement and bunk beds, extremely dirty. I tried to cancel my stay, but the owner tried to ask for cash and did not let me go without paying. He was very hostile, unfortunately he did not give me any receipt or proof. As soon as i left the property, he cancelled my booking and showed as i never visited. I have no proof to claim by money back from ***********. The worst part is, this property is shown as preferred premium plus property on ***********. Attaching some horrible pics for you to believe.

Reception kind and helpfull value is little bigger but its good overall .i will come back in this city and this hotel And i recomend to all who want friendly family atmphosfer .centre is near all the busses come here.

Friend book rooms should have single rooms . When we arrive.we have basment rooms with 2-3 beda or one big bed ans one single and 12 guys!! So this was our rooms - robbed !!! Smell of moisture ! First day guy that was working was really unpolite never saw this in Serbia. Next day guy on reception was really nice and helpfull but could not help us to give you good rating on rooms we get! Half of us need to book pd course last day expensive prices hotels!
