Very good hotel situation. The location is great to get to the WA mall quickly. The lower/ground floor was very clean and service was excellent (Way-to-go MIMI!!) However, when you go into the upper floors the rest of the hotel smells very musty. The rooms are adequately cleaned but still smell musty/damp. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Good breakfast. Good service. But the entrance of the hotel is very close to the highway. If pass the entrance, has to turn back with long distance

Great location! There are so many restaurants right around the block on King Street. This is a very nice hotel. An oldie but goodie. Very large atrium where you can sit and enjoy the included breakfast every morning. VIP happy hour was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. Clean and friendly.

The hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating.

We really liked this hotel and we plan to use it again. However, during our week stay there was an approximately 13 hour period when we did not have running water because of a city water issue. The following night, the fire alarm went off and we had to vacate, from our 7th floor room. Fortunately, we were able to return to our room shortly.

It was difficult to enter the facility. GPS directions will cause you to wreck! If you miss your turn you have to cross tge bridge turn around and try again. It's dangerous! Traffic is a nightmare, beware! The bedroom furniture was outdated and falling apart. There was no ice machine, washer, or dryer. The room was empty. Apparently they are renovating. Good price for the location.Short trip over the bridge to MGM and ***lord resort.

The room was not set up for our rsvp for 4. Not enough towels or pillows. The front desk made my wife go to front desk for pillows. When she got there from the 6th floor, they made her wait a food 15 minutes while they went down in the basement for them. It gets better. The tv faces the bathroom. You can slightly turn tv but barely. The issue with this is my kids on the opposite sideof the room couldnt see the tv st the same time. The ac unit was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep which i barely did. On top of that, the light for the bathroom luminates in a way toward the bed that u have to cover ur eyes its so bad. Very por layout. The worst i ever experienced as a frequent traveler. Ive stayed at lots of hampton inns around the country n this was the worst experience ever. I never complain but what a horrible experience.

This hotel was in a great location to National Harbour, just across the bridge. Check in took a while, only 2 CSR's and a very busy hotel. Had a little difficulty finding our room as the room numbers were out of order due to recent hotel remodel. If you purchase items in the snack room, again, having to wait due to checking people in and super busy. Room was clean, bed was not comfortable to me. All in all not a bad stay.
