Good place for staying . Beautiful location and amazing view

Very outdated and janky. Super disappointed there was no hot tub-the only reason we decided this hotel vs another was because it had a hot tub and sauna. (Sauna was pretty ghetto and vandelized all over the walls, barely got hot). The water slide wasn't working either, although still listed in amenities. Found it very weird that the balconies were no smoking. We also used our towels for the pool thinking they would replace it no problem...unknowingly they have specific pool towels (super thing, stained, and small). The front desk gave us pool towels and refused to give us the "nicer" white room towels. The pool towel didn't even cover our full bodies. Breakfast was subpar but lady working was super friendly.

Terrible hotel! The hotel looks like it was a beautiful place about 20 to 30 years ago; now it’s rundown. Way overdue for a facelift! It needs serious revamping. It has potential, but it's been let go like no one seems to care!!!! Worst hotel experience so far! Nothing is good about this hotel. Don't waste your money!!! Let's start with the bad: • Price is way too high for the value. • Employees don't seem to care about you. No one talked to us. When we got there, we had to ask where to go and where the amenities were. They didn't offer this information. • At some point, two employees were sitting on a couch on the third floor by the elevator just chatting. Aren't they supposed to be working? • Only 2 face clothes were provided; we were 4 people. • There are no closet doors, instead, there were curtains. • Beds sheets did not feel fresh... now, after reading the reviews, I'm worried that I slept in dirty bedsheets. • TV is way too small. • The entire room needs to be refreshed; the ceiling is falling apart and looks like mold in certain area. • Breakfast food is terrible! Cold eggs, no meat. The hardboiled eggs still have shell pieces on them. • Pool feels dirty and not maintained; the front desk told us that the slides are not open because they don't have a lifeguard onsite. However, the slides looks dangerous and need repairs... there's a big rusty lock that stops access to the slides. • The gym equipment needs to be maintained; one of the machines is broken; although there's a handwritten "out of order" sign on it, it looks dangerous; you can hurt yourself badly if you don't see the sign. (Should be removed period!) • One of our children was walking too fast in the hallway... one of the staff persons gave us a dirty look! Very unprofessional! • We had a room with a view... a view of an old "out of order" outside pool that looks awful and dirty. • The floor in the room was not swept; felt like we were walking on sand. Now with the good: • Front desk looks good • Elevator is working • Breakfast: Bagels and cream cheese were ok; coffee was ok too but nothing spectacular. I will never go back there again!

The restroom experience was terrible; the bath tub was clogged, making it impossible to drain properly, and the toilet commode seat wasn't functioning correctly. As a result, I couldn't take a proper bath.

Hôtel malpropre et désuet. Plafond marqué par un dégat d'eau antérieur réparé mais qui a imbibé le matelas qu'ils ont laissé jaunis, à la chambre 422! On a demandé un changement de chambre, on a eu la 355 qui donne sur la cour et l'hôtel a refusé de rembourser la différence de prix d'avec la 422 avec vue sur l'eau. Piscine désuète, salle d'amusement avec 2 équipements hors d'usage sur 3! Gym? On en parle même pas! Poussiéreux, non climatisé, équipements cheap oufff! Le déjeuner est identique chaque matin et on fait la file pour un grille- pain qui n'en finit plus de rien griller, set up non fonctionnel, c'est mal organisé... quelle expérience décevante, ça vaut pas plus qu'un un motel cheap!

Hôtel bien correct pour le prix! Celui-ci est très bien situé en bordure du lac et marina dans un très beau site enchanteur de Belleville et non en bordure de la 401 L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement et de rénovations mais c’était tout de même bien ok pour nous! Le déjeuner continental est très bien avec pas mal de choix, les employés sont courtois et sympathique! A noté que la piscine extérieure est fermée depuis quelques années mais il y en a une intérieure de fonctionnelle! La chambre était bien avec deux lits Queen confortable, petit réfrigérateur et micro onde! La salle de bain était propre malgré qu’elle aurait besoin de rénovation! Nous avions un balcon avec chaises ce qui est un plus! L’insonorisation est plus ou moins bon, on entends les portes de s chambres voisines lorsqu’elles se ferment plus fortement! La Tv était un peu vieillotte (non intelligente) avec un firestick ou Roku, vous etes ok! Le Wifi était très bon partout dans l’hôtel Cette hôtel a besoin d’amour mais pour le prix avec déjeuner inclus, lits confortables, site enchanteur! Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour de 3 nuits à cette hôtel Ramada

Hotel peu propre, besoin de rénovations Les services sont au minimum Rouilles dans la salle de bain et tapisseries tout décoller. Plafond en mauvais état…

Nécessite plus de rigueur dans l’entretien. Par exemple, ça fait au moins deux ans que des sous-vêtements se trouvent sur la toiture de la partie basse avant. Le cas de cet établissement n’est pas désespéré mais nécessite une attention. Ah oui, on a oublié de nettoyer la chambre une journée sans que nous ayons accroché l’avis à cet effet.

C'était très bruyant car les murs sont mal insonorisés. Ce qui a causé des difficultés pour dormir. La porte de la salle de bain était brisée. Nous n'avons pas pu allumer la lumière de la piscine intérieure et l'eau était trouble. Le personnel est gentil et l'emplacement est parfait, Mais l'ensemble a besoin de rafraîchissement.
