Good customer service

It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. But they must have increased their pricing for the weekend we stayed because for $260/night it was horrible, $150 I wouldn't have been a big deal. The rooms are older, sink had a crack in it and faucet leaked. Carpet was dirty. They did say housekeeping was short staffed when we checked in. While double checking bed to make sure there wasn't bed bugs (I do this in every hotel) an ant crawled out of the sheets, which wasn't a huge deal but the next morning a cockroach crawled out of the air conditioner.

I booked at this hotel because they said they were handicapped accessible. I had wanted to give my disabled mother a nice bed and a way to shower. When I first got there they had no handicapped rooms available. The elevator worked but the turn was narrow. Thankfully, the General Manager was able to get us a "handicapped" room. At this hotel, apparently only the first floor rooms were possibly "handicapped". Not what was notated on the website. And the room had no room to get a wheelchair into the room. We had to move my Mom to the office chair in the room to get her in the room. The bathroom upon closer inspection was not handicapped as hoped. There was a stool, but there were not bars to assist her in getting into the tub and the shower head was bolted to the wall. Not handicap useful at all. And to top it all off the beds were all uncomfortable. We all left the hotel hurting thanks to how uncomfortable the beds were. We almost left early. If I could get a refund I would, would not recommend staying here.

The room was extremely small to the point one bed was put against the air conditioner. That person would freeze before the room cooled off. You could hear the person coughing and snoring through the wall in the next room. The hot water did not work the next morning. Maintenance came to fix it, but as most people are when traveling, we were on a schedule and had to leave with no showers.

This place was terrible. I checked in and immediately felt unsafe. Walking to the room a door opened and billowing smoke came out. The smell of **** crept into my room all night. The room was dirty. The sheets looked sketchy. The sink wouldn’t drain. The furniture was falling apart. I left as soon as I could in the morning. Surprisingly breakfast was good.

The room was clean and quiet and the mattresses were good - that was a real plus - shower pressure and hot water were great A few drawbacks - some things are dates - place needs some sprucing/paint etc. There are some abandoned cars on the lot and they should go - it was safe enough, but the car wrecks take away from the place - this could be so much better with some simple work

A nice place to stay outside of the city, we used the orca cards to access transit in and out of Seattle. The rooms are standard , interiors have been upgraded but the bathrooms/showers could use some love. Breakfast was clean and well stocked and the staff were lovely. There’s a couple places outside of the hotel to grab some food but be careful because the operating hours are shortened.
