Holiday Inn Express 貝靈厄姆(Holiday Inn Express Bellingham)

This hotel felt very clean and safe. We had a great stay with zero issues. The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was above average and the bidet in the bathroom was an unexpected delight! I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay the place was nice and clean. The hotel staff were amazing. I just have two suggestions 1. Don't use so much chlorine in the pool 2. Have coffee available throughout the night. Other than that we happy with everything else.

There was a notice posted in the hotel that there would be a fire alarm test at 11 in the morning. It lasted 45 minutes with just random alarms continuing to go off over and over. It really upset my dog and during that hour the elevator was out of order and we needed to load the car. This made taking things down to a vehicle impossible. Especially with an upset and scared dog. Our hotel key cards during this continued to fail to work and we had to get new cards three times. Very unhappy. Then the day after leaving I checked my account and I was charged not only $180 for the room on the 15th when we checked in for credentials but I was charged 196 on the 16th the day we checked out as a SEPARATE charge! I called and went to my bank today on 11/17 the day after checking out and my bank teller confirmed that the $180 charge from the 15th was still being held out of my account as well as the $196 from the 16th our date of check out! My bank teller told me that the $180 should drop away as soon as the $196 hard posts from the hotel but that has not happened as of tonight and so I have been short nearly $200 in my account for two days!! I'm very disappointed in the service by the staff who explained to me when I called that they were new and were unsure why this happened but they insisted they only had one charge on their end. The manager then told me the same thing and lacked kindness. Won't stay here ever again and will tell friends and family about it and the unprofessionalism!!

We stayed in the 2nd floor and the oeople upstairs were quite noisy...but over all it was a good stay

Have stayed here a couple of times. This is a very nice hotel. Easy check-in. Hanna at the desk was delightful. Spacious, clean rooms. Wife LOVED the bidet in the bathroom so much she has to get one for home. Excellent breakfast buffet. My only criticism is the pool deck is a bit slippery when wet.

Very upsetting to drive 4.5 hours and they couldn’t check us in at to or let us register and hold the room.

Lovely place, great breakfast, pool looks inviting will try it the next time. Rooms and beds are aboveboard.

Room and staff were great and as expected. Halls were terribly noisy with children running and screaming through them late into the evening, last 10pm. Pool was full of kids whose parents were drinking in the hot tub instead of supervising them and was extremely loud. I left after five minutes.

Friendly staff. Amazingly comfortable king bed and plush pillows - great sleeping! Excellent in room coffee! Happy to have my pup with me. Enjoyed the pool and sauna.
