貝爾頓伊克諾旅館- 堪薩斯城南部(Econo Lodge Belton - Kansas City South)

We stayed there a night with our 12-month-old baby. He got in this hand a pill from under the bed. I hope they clean them up next time. Also, the heater wasn't really working well. It was cold when we entered the room, so we adjusted the temperature. Then we were so hot! We adjusted it to cool down, but it didn't work.

I didnt like anything at this motel. Tub was dirty, coukdnt connect to wifi, reserved a smoking room but didnt get one. The people were rude and could hardly understand what they said. Got locked out of our room cause keycard didnt work. And they charged me 55 for first night and 65 for second night. Wont ever go there again

No toilet paper not enough towels. And I got charged twice for the one night stay and I’m having trouble getting my money back.

The pictures do not tell the real story. It seems that the owners of the property know it will only get low prices so they don’t go out of their way to clean. Loose toilet seat, smelled of pee, beds had dust and other things on them, carpet was unwashed and had toe clippings.

Cockroaches all over the room and visible bed bugs. The most disgusting place I have ever walked into

From the start, the front desk clerk was rude. When got to the room we had several cockroaches waiting to greet us. The carpet was dirty. One wall had blood smeared on it. The dresser was busted. The toilet was not clean. There were small beetles beached on the edge of the toilet. The sink was cracked leaked water at the base. The was loud music from three opposing directions. We left early. When we told the clerk of the issues he said "Okay, no problem" repeatedly as pointed to a poster draped over the desk as he insisted that I scan some QR code for points so I could stay there again. There is ZERO chance that I would do that. This app will not allow me to upload the photos that I have.

There were tenants that stated the lived there at the property. They were problematic and basically ran us off of the property. We felt like our lives were in danger.

Room door wasnt secure and latched on arrival. Broken door on chest in room. Had to hold handle down for toilet to flush.
