天堂山酒店(Colina del Paraiso)

We zijn er nu voor de derde keer. Waar we eerder rust ervoeren, is alles nu anders. Veel geschreeuw, harde muziek, de zwembadpomp die om 7 uur aangaat, het gestamp van de airco's. Voor het eerst in mijn leven heb ik oordoppen nodig om enigszins te kunnen slapen, terwijl we om een rustige plek hadden gevraagd. Bah... Het appartement zelf is nog steeds voortreffelijk, ruim, schoon, compleet en er was zelfs een nieuwe jacuzzi op het dakterras. Maar we vluchten iedere dag vanwege de herrie, we kunnen er niet meer rustig zitten. Heel erg jammer. Ben best teleurgesteld.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans un penthouse dans la résidence avec petit déjeuner Nous avons passé un excellent séjour personnel souriant et disponible petit déjeuner pour tous les plaisirs et l'appartement est top avec une belle vue sur le golf la mer et des villas à couper le souffle Quartier calme et sécurisé à 1kms de la plage qui n'est pas du tout surchargé et propre tous les commerces sont à proximité L'appartement est très spacieux confortable légèrement vieillissant et la piscine sur le toit est idéal pour se rafraîchir en famille Endroit idéal pour visiter l'ouest de l'Andalousie Nous avions loué une voiture pour nos visite On y retournera sûrement

Personnel de la réception n'est pas très souple et n'est pas très accueillant. Check-out trop tôt, à 10h00. Bouillard, toaster et machine à café en plastique, pas à la hauteur d'un hébergement 4*. Lave linge et lave vaisselle à remplacer le plus rapidement possible. Matelas et sommiers de la chambre à coucher ont été remplacés suite à notre réclamation.

Enorm groot huis met jacuzzi op dakterras met lig bedden. Groot balkon met tafel en stoelen. Iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer. Alle keukenapparaten van Siemens. Super schoon. Auto wel noodzakelijk. Uitstekende WiFi (gratis)

Deuxième fois et toujours aussi satisfait. Juste le problème du WIFI qui n'est pas terrible et les chaînes télé française qui fonctionnaient mal. Appartement super bien agencé et fonctionnel, deux grandes chambres avec deux grandes salle de bains, une super cuisine équipée et un salon séjour extra

I have very mixed feelings about my time here. It is certainly not a 4 star complex. The pools are absolutely filthy. I don’t see them being filtered at all. Once throughout the day I seen someone come along with a net and try to clean off debris on top! Although the temperature of the pool is beautiful and warm and you can stay in for hours you can’t neglect to comment on the filth. We had a penthouse apartment which was really nice and comfortable however in need of a deep clean. We found packets of medication behind the sofa obviously left behind from a previous guest which is very dangerous as we had toddlers who are into everything Everywhere is very dated. I cut my feet on broken tiles in the roof top pool. The balcony’s are in desperate need of being power washed they are filthy. They did not inform us that the children’s playground had been ripped out and the kids club would not be running this season so there is absolutely nothing for children other than the filthy pool. You definitely need a car to get anywhere but they do advise you of this on their website! I’m very disappointed that we weren’t notified about the playground and kids club. We are still here as we have booked for 3 weeks. There is construction work going on so you will be woken at about 8am every morning by trucks and diggers. So the good points are that the staff are very friendly and polite. Any issue you have the reception will ensure that it will be rectified very quickly. The scenery and location are absolutely amazing! The air con is very effective so you will not be uncomfortable in your rooms There is plenty of hot water to run all 3 bathrooms so we never had a cold bath or shower The kitchens are very well equipped the beds are hard but I found that comfortable. Plenty of channels on the tv. Pizza from the pool bar is pricey but delicious. We are enjoying our time here but probably would have booked a different complex I’d we were made aware of the playground and kids club situation.

Just returned after staying here for 11 nights in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Check in was efficient property was spotlessly clean however some things not working such as shower head and broken sunbed once these were reported they were sorted out within minutes 👍 ate at restaurant a couple of nights which was fine staff friendly and food good however think they more themed nights could be offered to make this more appealing travelled to estepona, marbella and benahavis all worth a visit best beaches found in estepona. Bahia Park water park is also a good day out. Would return but only to stay in penthouse apartment out of peak season as can be quite noisy in and outside of townhouses.

Just returned from a 14 night stay in one of the Penthouses. We stayed 10 years ago and it's literally stayed the same! No improvements at all. Good: All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Spacious roof terrace. Nice positioned restaurant serving good food (although from a small menu) Bad: Our private plunge pool, was dirty. The decor, particularly outside needs a lot of TLC. Disappointing as we were expecting it to have been refreshed after covid. Kitchen was ill equipped and we were provided with 1 tea towel between 6 of us for 2 weeks! Only one pillow each and no spare as is usual in most places. Nothing available on arrival such as water or bread, which should be standard in the penthouse. It's marketed to be a cut above the other accomodation. There was only 4 lounge chairs to sit on and they were very uncomfortable. There really is nothing around the complex for a few miles and a car is essential for restaurants, shopping and beaches. Ugly: The swimming pools were really dirty and off-putting! This complex has the potential to be so nice and the Penthouses should be made much more comfortable with touches of luxury such as a welcome pack, dressing gowns, upmarket toiletries and beach towels. Spare bedding should be provided and maybe T.V's in all the bedrooms. Perhaps even a mini bar!

We have just returned from an eleven day stay in a penthouse with hot tub. The penthouse was excellent it was like home from home which was a great advantage as we were with family including our seven month old grandson. We stayed half board which included continental breakfast and a three course meal each evening. The evening meal was different ever evening and had plenty of choice. The only complaint would be that on the Saturday evening it was advertised as BBQ and live music but there wasn't a BBQ it was food off the menu which was a little disappointing but the live music were very good. The complex itself was very good with three pools and a baby pool one of the pools had a bar and the food was good quality. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble We didn't hire a car which if we returned would hire one for a couple of days as the taxis were quite expensive. All in all we had a great family holiday which I would recommend to family. and friends
