The problem we had was the mattress was very uncomfortable. We stayed at the same property a week earlier and the bed was comfortable. We also couldn’t seem to get the temperature regulated to make it comfortable. The extra blanket in the room was well worn and felt like sand paper and the other issue was the in room coffee maker had a white sediment inside the water chamber most likely from hard water but never the less it definitely didn’t look clean and therefore we chose to forego coffee. Not terrible but was not as pleasant as it should have been. I didn’t contact the desk to give them the opportunity to correct the issues but will talk to them before I ever book there again.

I booked this Hilton stay for my manager and myself for our business trip to Ft. Worth (7/12-7/14) I was so very impressed by the cleanliness, the service, and even the little details of our names being on the TV to greet us when we first arrived. One downside to our trip is that the internet service was down in the entire area (all nearby hotels included) for the entire first night/morning we were there. Made it a bit difficult to do any kind of work. This was not the hotel's fault and I am merely sharing it because it was a downside to our trip. Everything about this Hilton makes life easy and relaxing while you are their guest. I enjoyed the small food/snack/convience items area, it had a great range of products to choose from (was a relief not to have to leave in the horrible Summer heat after travelling all day. Would and will definitely plan on staying here in the future, and will recommend my co-workers do the same when they travel to Ft. Worth on business.

Our room itself was great. However there were kids about us tumbling all night. It sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. When I spoke to someone at the front desk about it, all they said was “sorry”. We had to be up at 5 and we finally fell asleep at 12:50am because of the noise. Ugh.

Upon arrival I tried to get in to check in and had to ring a button for the desk. When I stated that I was there to check in, the front counter person (hotel manager on duty) said she didn't have any more reservations and they were full. Then she finally let me in. I explained that I made reservations online, and her entire body language and tone was rude and condescending when she asked, "are you sure you're at the right place?" I showed her my confirmation and asked, "is this you?" She said yes. Then she asked if I was there the right night? I had to pull up the whole itinerary to prove to her that I was in the right place at the right time. She then made a very awkward phone call to a guest asking what name their reservation was under and then told me to have a seat while she checked to see if my room was ready. It's hard to explain all of the details of what transpired, but it appeared to me that she had people leave and then cleaned the room to meet my reservation. The check in process took no less than 45 minutes. Upon entering the room I noticed that the TV said "Welcome Rhonda" and it had two queen beds. I ordered a King. I called down to the front desk and told her about the mix up. She said, "yes, there was a mix up. You won't be charged extra." The nerve of this lady! I won't be charged extra for what I didn't order? I asked to speak to a manager. SHE WAS the manager! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Breakfast ****** , the hotel itself is outdated in desperate need of a facelift, the pull out sofa bed had urine stains on it and black moldy spots under the mattress that looked sus.

When I checked out , I provided my last name and room number as always as a avid traveler. The front desk said I owe a balance for pet fees. I did not bring any pets on my trip. I was there for Dad's weekend for my daughter that attends at TCU. I have explained to the front desk that I did not bring or have any pets; she (front desk) told me see saw me and that they have it on camera recordings. She kept on pressing that I had pet and brought girls into my room. I asked to see the footage and to talk to the manager. I waited for 10 min and of course the manager was not onsite and she could not provide me the camera footage. She then handed me my invoice showing no balance. My ride to the airport arrived and I had to leave. Once at the airport I was able to sit down and review the invoice. It turned out to be the wrong room number and wrong name on the room. Again I provided my last name and room number when I walked up to the front desk to check out. I called the hotel the the same front desk answered and I explained she checked out the wrong room number. I open a case with Hilton , the manager emailed me and told me that it was my fault to provide the wrong room number. I have been there for 3 days , I do remember what room number I was staying at . Just speechless

Hotel was nice and service was good. Bed was a little uncomfortable and we noticed quite of few ants in our room.
