We were barely able to sleep, as the occupants in the next room were so loud from 3AM on. So much for relaxing and taking advantage of late checkout. Called the front desk to complain about the excessive noise, of which he did nothing. Seemed more angry I was complaining than actually taking action. Believe his name was Tyler. Spoke to him on my way out as well, did not seem to care at all. I’m sure it’s a touchy subject to let other guests know they are being too loud, but I’m sorry, letting your kids scream and cry, run up and down the hotel hallways while other guests are sleeping is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.
