本德希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Bend)

This hotel had few serious limitation ( I gave two star because of location that is excellent). Here are the issues ( I paid ＞ $500 per day and expected better ) : 1. Room( suite that I stayed with 1 king and 1 queen) are not designed correctly . Bathroom door open in front of wash basin ( with 4 people staying in same room it was a nightmare to get ready every time ) . There was only one mirrior . 2. Room service is not by default ( they still give the reason becuase of COVID) . You need to request or you will get surprise . 3. If you book room with view , there is no guarantee to you will get. 4. Dining was closed on 4th July ( no notification about the closure ) . We searched outside resturant to eat dinner at last moment .

We were barely able to sleep, as the occupants in the next room were so loud from 3AM on. So much for relaxing and taking advantage of late checkout. Called the front desk to complain about the excessive noise, of which he did nothing. Seemed more angry I was complaining than actually taking action. Believe his name was Tyler. Spoke to him on my way out as well, did not seem to care at all. I’m sure it’s a touchy subject to let other guests know they are being too loud, but I’m sorry, letting your kids scream and cry, run up and down the hotel hallways while other guests are sleeping is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

The room standard is not what we expect.

The bed was making a lot of noise and the washroom are not great

Location is great; in the Old Mill next to the shops and restaurants. Excellent room set up with enough space for 2 people; bathroom could be larger and fan/light in bathroom could be decoupled. Some staff members go out of their way to be helpful and friendly (thank you Ms Kayla for all your help and a friendly smile each evening), but some were gloomy and unhelpful when the room door opening mechanism stopped working and needed new battery (we heard no sorry while we waited outside for 30 min.). Great onsite breakfast and evening options.

Great place to stay. e have been here several times. Just a short walk down to the Old Mill District for shopping or dinner. We also had a pizza and some drinks at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay including the proximity to shopping and dining in the Old Mill District. We didn’t enjoy seeing and hearing dogs in the hotel. You could hear them barking in people’s rooms.

Great clean room wonderful people and delicious food. Only complaint but nothing todo with hotel was noisy people in hallway late Saturday night.

Beautiful rooms and comfy beds! Great stay! Highly recommend and will be back again!!
