So great trip ever. The hotel room is sooo perfect. Nothing can complain at all. Staff are so great in every department. Special thanks to Guests relations, Joshitha who made our stay so memorable.

Extremely Dissapointed by the hotel and Specially its not a Staff issue its a management issue , The Entrance of Hotel lobby is Dull No light no Chandeliers , looks like a Sertvice apartment , Have been communicating with Sales team for Event and the moment we denied booking with them they started chasing end user . Rooms are ok ok with Cheap Engineered wood Furnitures , The Internet is worst The food they server at at Such heptic price is not acceptable , at 5 star Hotel who served Non basmati Rice ? The Banquet staff was good and helping but the Sales and management team was nightmare . They dont allow to use electricity in Banquet and beware of such hidden issues , They dont allow play music outdoor after 10:00 even at low volume , The hotel doenst have adequate lighting at terrace Space . Overall we just escaped doing event with them and a Big No to future bookings . Surprising hotel doesnt have any general manager where you can take yours grievance .
