Отличный отель, повысили номер бесплатно. Была необходимость продлить пребывание, продлили по промо стоимости (при броинировании), хотя на агрегаторах и сайте гостиницы номер был в два раза дороже.

I do enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the facilities. The food at 20Char restaurant also quite delicious. Unique interior design, I loved it

Rooms are decent enough, comfortable bed. Bathroom is also ok. Breakfast can have some more options. Evening tea and light snacks option was excellent and not offered by other hotels. Location is big plus considering the price. I would like to stay again here.

Great experience . Had some very calm and wonderful days there. They have very good food, very nice and friendly people with very nice and neat/perfect service. Their beds are perfect I really enjoyed my sleep there.. lol… Highly recommend for personal or professional travel. They are not going to disappoint you.

Sterling Mac is a perfect place to stay as a family. Staffs are passionate in their work. Easy to access any service. Gym, swimming pool, spa are the places to chill. Overall my stay is very pleasant. Mr. Dinesh hotel manager made our stay more comfortable.

The hotel is fantastic and maintenance is superb. The staff is very cooperative and Dineshkumar.P was very welcoming. The staff was regularly taking feedback regarding the stay and the food. Room service was super quick. Every item seemed very fresh.

The staff of the front desk are amazing, kind, helpful & welcoming. This hotel, Sterling Mac, is a great option for its simplicity & affordability, which motivated us for a second visit. The rooms are clean, comfortable. & well equipped with amenities. The staff were friendly & very caring, special mention to Sweety, Amit, Prakash, Bashuraj, Swapna & Dhanush. Sweety didn't miss any day to greet us, be it at breakfast, lunch & dinner. The live station is just amazing, with daily varieties of foods. Hats off to the cooks & chefs for cooking variety of delicious veg & non veg foods & sweets daily. Overall, we had a wonderful & memorable stay & for sure we will come back. Excellent amenities, Polite staff, good food and relaxing stay. It is worthwhile to specifically mention Ms Sweety who takes care of each and every guest at food court and feel them at home. Also Mr Madhusudan was too cooperative in providing booking at odd hours. Keep up the Good work. Best wishes

This Hotel is a kind of retrostyle which is one of trendy. People of Sterlings MAC are very kind. Breakfast is global and authentic. There is a nice pool but I didn't try. The gym is nice and clean. It's big enough to run, weigth and stretch. Managers and staffs on front are very kind. Shrinidi(I wish her name is correct) who can speaks Korean has good pronounciation and so passionated to try her Korean which makes me happy.
