瑟維集團里亞託酒店(Hotel Servigroup Rialto)

En primer lugar indicar, que si lo que buscas es tranquilidad familiar con animación infantil, una playa no masificada, y no visualizar día tras día a turistas extranjeros de borrachera, éste no es tu lugar. Respecto al hotel, estaría bien el controlar al mencionado turista extranjero de borrachera cuando están en las instalaciones incomodando a los demás, con algo de sangre en el alcohol, poniéndose tibios con el beneplácito de todos los trabajadores del bar e recepción y sin poner remedio a su comportamiento rozando el vandalismo, de igual forma respecto a animación mencionar la 0 existencia de cualquier tipo de la misma infantil, una pena porque veníamos del Romana Playa y creíamos que algo habría, aunque no fuera lo mismo. El parking son 12€ diarios, hay zonas para poder aparcar alrededor pero no es muy recomendable ni fácil encontrar. A destacar casi todas las comidas a excepción del sushi o lo que intentaron hacer el día de cena asiática... el desayuno algo repetitivo y flojo, sobre todo la fruta que ponían en el mismo.

The Reception staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.... in fact all the staff from the cleaners- bar staff- waiters and waitresses- chefs- nothing is too much trouble and they take their time to talk to you. Their zero tolerance policy is always in force which makes this hotel a safe place to stay with all the craziness that is Benidorm . It is a family friendly hotel suitable for all.We had a large room with two double beds in and a large bathroom. As we arrived earlier than expected our original room wasn't ready but they provided another room same spec, so we didn't have to wait!! Rooms are extremely clean, with new towels everyday, plenty of mirrors, large wardrobe, TV with radio too, small fridge, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Plenty of spare bedding if required and plug sockets. Safe is also free. We stayed full board ( purely because it was only £5 difference at the time) and we would definitely recommend the food. Plenty of choice, chef station and menu changed for lunch/dinner daily.Our room had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool . At night you could also see the ***** which was all lit up, a lovely sight!There were plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating,a bar which stayed open if you needed a late drink.... The Hotel is situated on small hill and the location was near the Triangle bars, we recommend the White Horse Pub, which had loads of tribute acts on... just 3 mins from the hotel. Also the Hotel is only 5 mins to beach, all the bars are in walking distance in all different directions/ Its only 10mins to the main ***** and music square- all the musical madness!! We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel close to bars and not far to the beach. Nice walk to the old town.Great staff breakfast was lovely . We only did bed and breakfast but couldn't fault it. Excellent from start to finish. The hotel is spotless and we would definatly stay here again just a shame about the rain. This hotel is more than a 3 star . Lively pool area

A lovely hotel- much better than what I expected! Not far from the main ***** and easy to find in the eveing with the blue balconies. Room: cleaned daily, really comfortable beds and the best pillows, in addition a fantastic shower- really powerful! Had a room facing the pool, barony small but adequate enough with two chairs, clothes rail to dry your clothes. There was a TV with loads of English channels as well as radio. A mini fridge and a free safe. We went half board and were pleased with both meals. Breakfast choice was very good- for those that like a full English - this is what you get offered: Sausage, English and Spanish, freshly cooked back bacon and Spanish, baked beans, tomatoes both grilled and fresh tomatoes with juice. Eggs came scrambled, poached, fried and in an omelette of your choice. Mushrooms, black pudding and even fried bread! The usual cold and cereal were also offered with lots of choice and fruit for those being good ☺️ The evening means - loads of voice - they advertise a menu daily so that you can see what’s on offer. You can even in advance switch eveing meal for lunch. Drinks menu was good and reasonably priced. Only small *******, you don’t get a drink or even water with eveing meal and have to pay extra. The walls of the rooms are very thin- I am however a light sleeper. Would I go back? YES!!!!

Reception staffed 24/7 at this hotel, they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble....even at 2.30am when out key card wouldn't work they sent a repair man up and resolved the problem. He also politely asked a room who were quite loud a few doors down to go to sleep as it has a zero tolerance policy and is a family friendly hotel. We were given a large room with two double beds in and a large bathroom. (I've uploaded some photos from arrival, excuse our items shown) plenty of mirrors, large wardrobe, TV with radio too, small fridge, hairdryer and toiletries provided. Heating could be controlled by yourself. Rooms were cleaned daily. Plenty of spare bedding if required and plug sockets. Safe is free. One downside for us was no kettle but was too be expected with it being a hotel. We stayed half board and would definitely recommend the food. Plenty of choice, chef station and menu changed for lunch/dinner daily. Our room overlooked the pool which was great. We used a courtesy twin room on the opposite side of the hotel which wasn't a good view and wouldn't have been comfy on floor 1 as the balcony was accessible from outside. There was a pool table, plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating, small children's play area and a bar area which unfortunately due to the weather we didn't get much use out of. A luggage room and payable water machine, Internet, games in reception. Location was near the triangle bars, 5 mins to beach / bars in different directions/ bus top. 10mins to start of main area. Hotel on slight incline. Will definitely be staying here again! Happy holidays!!

Really good hotel, I couldn’t find any upto date photos of the food before I went so I’ve took plenty for on here, really impressed with everything, the room was lovely, the air con was so good it was 34 degrees when I was there 🥵 I’d definitely go back

First of all big thanks to Lisa on the front excellent manners Everything about the hotel was excellent Food we were full board, plentiful and a new choice every day Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels also Pool area, no problem for a bed The bar service was very good Could I say could do with a snack machine in the foyer Overall a great Hotel

From start to finish was a brilliant week away, rooms were clean but on the warm side, breakfast very nice and even proper back bacon and the evening meals are to die for I could not fault the hotel one little bit best I have stayed in so far, keep up the good work
