Clean hotel, but no choice of restaurants. The shuttle bus was delayed….

Best hotel breakfast I can remember. Free transportation from airport saved money.

The included breakfast was fantastic! Above and beyond the majority of chain hotels that out out some yogurts and waffles. Excellent eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. Also very much appreciated the transport to and from the airport.

Positive Punkte: die Nähe zum Flughafen und der angebotene, kostenlose Transfer; das reichhaltige Frühstück; schöne Anlage; freundliches Personal Negative Punkte: vielleicht hätten wir einfach Pech mit unserem Zimmer - wir hatten eine Stehlampe mit einem schimmligen Lampenschirm... Das war wirklich eklig. Und die Lampen beim Bett funktionierten nicht. Für eine Nacht war es aber vollkommen okay.

From the front desk staff to the wait staff and shuttle driver, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.

Me & my grandma stayed for 2 nights & we felt very welcomed since the moment they came for us at the airport. Loved everything about it, definitely would come back…. Todo estuvo muy lindo y los empleados bien atentos.

Un lugar muy bonito y muy conveniente

Overall the stay was very nice. The rooms/beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The walls in the room however were very dirty and their appeared to be blood or other bodily excrements smeared on the wall. Since we did not check in until after midnight and were exhausted, we did not bring this up or ask for a new room.

It’s a typical airport hotel. Staff was kind. The room was fine. The reason I rated it low. The jacuzzi was not warm and was the same temp as the pool. We had a terrible smell emanating from our bathroom for hours that smelled like sewage. There was water dripping from all the air-conditioning units onto the floor in the hallways. There is no where to go once you get there you are stuck unless you take a cab. They should have a shuttle to Somewhere for entertainment. We only stayed there one night. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Easy and fast check in, good room and great breakfast included.
