坎昆裏維埃拉瑪格里塔維爾海灘度假村 - 適合所有人的全包式體驗(Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun by Karisma)

To start let me say the staff are awesome. The beach on the other hand was horrible the water was brown and muddy, and also spotted and recorded crocodiles in the water. These things are not mentioned in the review. All pictures of the hotel show clear blue water this is not the case, if you want a good beach with clear water don’t stay here. And there is no signs or warnings of crocodiles in the water. I’m a ******* gold member and I did not receive any of the perks of being a member. When I asked about my room upgrade I was told I would be charged. Food was decent but there are not enough specialty dining options.

Todo excelente, el cuarto maravilloso, instalaciones muy bien, solo la calidad e las bebidas alcoholicas deja muchisimo que desear, en practicamente ningun lugar habia barcardi, que es de los mas basico, tuve que hablar con un gerente para que me pusieran una botella en uno de los bares, y una vez que se termino, nunca la resutieron

Pros: -Property was very well maintained - Staff were amazing, always smiling and saying hi - Drinks were great and well made - Rooms were lovely Cons: -the location is FAR from everything. Be prepared to spend $$ on transportation if you plan on exploring elsewhere - ocean was not clear at all and smelled awful (maybe it was the time of year we went) - food was very mediocre and not a lot of variety. Room service food was a hit and miss with multiple dishes missing components that were advertised on the menu - we went to a “meeting” to save on excursions with the promise of it being 1.5 hours as most resorts offer. DO NOT go into that meeting. Better just pay the $ for whatever they’re trying to promise you. Meeting took 3 hours and when we attempted to leave and explain our frustration we were only met with push back, more questions, and were kept longer. This left such a poor taste to our experience. - Pools were ok, there are 2 very shallow pools and 2 that were not deep. Not the cleanest unfortunately. Overall it was a mediocre experience. There are many other resorts out there that can offer more activities, food, and overall value for the price you are paying. As someone who’s never left a review, I wish I knew all of this before booking. If it was not for the amazing staff and friends we made, we would have left a lower review.

Esta es un propiedad bonita, con gran variedad de piscinas (8) pero estaban sucios los azulejos y el fondo resvaloso en todas ellas; en los 3 dias de estancia no vimos que limpiaran las piscinas. La comida fue muy buena en todos los restaurantes, en cuanto a la atencion es necesario destacar a Manuel y Jose bartenders y a Tony como meseros

El hotel es hermoso, la comida deliciosa y el personal muy amable y atento. Queda lejos de la zona hotelera por lo que moverse si no llevas vehículo es un poco complicado. Sin embargo en el hotel tienes todas las comodidades que no necesitas moverte ni salir. 100 puntos Margarita!!

I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service, accountability, and conditions of the property. There were multiple scenarios in which we dealt with no water and wasn’t notified nor helped when seeking help. There were some amazing staff such as the bell boys (Jesus in particular). He was definitely a highlight of my stay but as a whole I will not be visiting this resort again and am very disappointed.

Esta fue nuestra primera ves a margaritaville nos gusto por su segurida y sus empleados son muy amables los cuartos estan limpios el señor mario mesero en ritas tacos y frank and lola jahaira en el bar 5 oclock y carlos mesero fueron personas muy atenta con los guespededs mi unica sugerencia esque necesitan hacer mas cosas divertidas para las personas que viajamos con niños y asolecentes.

Un hotel muy agradable me gustó su arquitectura y la habitación la 101 excelente vista al mar,su personal con calidez desde el Bell boy, los del restaurante the beach hosue te hacen sentir en casa, las margaritas excelentes su playa se ve bonito lamentablemente llego el sargazo.

The pool is very dirty, most of the staff don’t speak English, there’s no buffet only three restaurants with very poor menu.I want change to another hotel and I spoke with the manager and *******, he was so rude. My husband get a Diarrhea from the food. This is a worst vacation I had ever.
