Had a reservation and they gave it away. Had to find another room. Will never book with Holiday inn again. Had a issue with AC not working at the Malvern location as well. Poorly ran. Why make a reservation if not going to honor it. And they still charged me for the room.

Room was decent. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but convenient location made it worth it. There is a thermostat on the wall but the air needed to be controlled by the window. We unfortunately didn’t realize this until we couldn’t sleep because it was so warm in the room.
Guy at the desk had his vape out. My daughter asked what it was. Felt like that was super unprofessional. Breakfast was really good. Which was perfect for us. Overall we would stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great (sausage gravy, biscuits, and cheese omelets were delicious!). The room was nice and comfortable beds. Thank you!!

Everything was good except the complimentary breakfast. First stay it was not ready at 7am. Then the potatoes never did come out. The food was not hot. This was review on our first stay 2-11-23

Consistently good. We stay there 2 to 4 times a year. Staff is excellent, especially manager & the cook. Everything is always clean. Once we found this Holiday Inn Express we haven’t stayed anywhere else.

Xlnt staff! Good bkfst. Clean. Shopping center next door. Nice shower bathroom. But we had a leak from heavy rain which flooded our floor. Bed was comfortable so we just worked around it
