L’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais fermiers -excellent . La chambre spacieuse avec des finitions soignées et une décoration dans un style traditionnel vous plonge dans une ambiance chaleureuse qu’on emporte avec soi.

When we arrived, they brought water and chilled delicious watermelon and melon in our rooms which was spot on after our long trip to Berat. We are family of 6, 4 kids. We booked a four bedroom and double room, the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated in traditional style, very spacious and what is most important to me, very clean. When asked what they recommend for dinner they suggested the Taverna next door owned by the owner’s brother and the dinner there was just amazing. The breakfast served at Hotel Kaceli was best we had in Albania on our three-week trip; pile of pancakes for the kids, homemade jams, bio diary products from local farmers, omelets, toast, olives, salami etc. The kindness and excellent service at Kaceli was exceptional, we totally recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Refid and Etleva Kaceli, we and our kids loved it!

We are delighted with our stay at this hotel. The hosts were very helpful and helped us with all our problems. Upon arrival, water and fresh sweet cherries were waiting for us in the room. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are just great. We recommend this hotel to all guests of Berat.

hôtel confortable dans un style local authentique de très bon goût, bien situé à l'entrée de Bérat, très bon accueil, chambre très propre, excellent petit déjeûner. Parking privé devant l'hôtel. Taverne juste à côté de l'hôtel.

The hotel staff were very friendly to us. The facilities are good. There is a restaurant and a bar and the WiFi works good. The room was perfect. We liked the decorated style of wood in the room. We liked the breakfast as well. Keep going!

Hotel a conduzione familiare, ottima possibilità di parcheggio (anche per motocicli), a 10 minuti di auto dal centro città, personale gentilissimo e disponibile con un po’ di inglese e un po’ di italiano ci siamo fatti capire.

This is a hotel with beautiful rooms ( very clean and has AC) , friendly staff , great breakfast . We will be staying again here in a few days and it was definitely the right choice for us …. Everything was amazing and We are looking forward to our return stay.

It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious! The room was big with AC. Next door they had a very yummy restaurant which was open every day.

Останавливались в путешествии на одну ночь в этом отеле. Классно. Все было на хорошем уровне. 10 из 10 я бы поставила. Гостеприимный и радушный хозяин и его семья. Безукоризненная чистота и домашний уют в номере и на всей территории. Разнообразный вкусный затрак с домашними продуктами включен в стоимость. Удобное расположение по дороге в Берат. Рекомендую. С приветом из Хорватии/Черногории.
