Hotel muy cuidado, cerca de todo lo que se puede ver en Berat. Habitaciones y baño amplios, el desayuno algo escaso pero está bien para el precio que tiene el hotel.

le restaurant nous a été conseillé par une habitante de berat, la cuisine est bonne ( long à etre servi ) mais il y a une absence total acceuil la manager passe son temps au téléphone pas de bonjour aucun sourire, vous attendez betement en salle , ambiance bizarre , prix un peu élevé sentiment de vouloir faire du standing de grand sans en avoir les moyens techniques manque acceuil, le sourire et le professionnalisme dommage je quitte berat etant un peu decu .j espère ques les critiques vont vous permettre de vos améliorer

Très bien placé au pied de la route menant au château. Magnifique chambre avec beaucoup de charme conforme aux photos. Quelques désagréments à l'arrivée avec une personne quelque peu désagréable.

La struttura si presenta perfettamente contestualizzata nel paesaggio, interni lussuosi con decorazioni in legno ovunque. Personale disponibilissimo e parlante EN e IT. Ottimo Wifi, camere impeccabili e pulitissime con vista fantastica sul borgo. Ottima colazione e vasta scelta sul menù di pranzo e cena. - Hotel well incorporated in the landscape style. Luxury interiors, wooden marque tries everywhere. Desk crew definitely kind and able to speak both En and Italian. Wifi high level working, gorgeous and cleaned room with amazing view. Good for breakfast and wide choice for dinner and lunch as well.

Nous sommes arrivés avec ma belle mère qui a des difficultés à marcher. Un employé nous a fait monter voir la gérante à la réception à l’étage (dans ascenseur) qui nous a littéralement envoyés balader avec une arrogance injustifiée sauf par le fait qu’ils ont reçu tout un groupe de touristes. Les groupes sont-ils leur fond de commerce ? Les touristes de passages ne les intéressent-ils pas ? Peu importe. Nous avons passé notre chemin et avons trouvé un hôtel familial très accueillant juste en face.

We stayed in Hotel Onufri Berat on March 3 with our tour group (OAT). The room was comfortable but hot and there seemed to be no way to cool it down except to open the windows. But, my main complaint is that we used our Visa credit card for a simple dinner that night in the dining room. There were few people there. Our meal should have been about $25 but when we got the Visa bill we had been charged 2070 Euro. That's about a $2500 overcharge. So far we have not gotten any positive results from any attempts that we have taken to fix this. You'd think that a restaurant would have questioned a bill for 2 people that was 2070 Euro. So, be careful if you stay there!!!
