瑞萊斯聖維吉里歐城堡酒店(Relais San Vigilio Al Castello)

Luogo raffinato , romantico e di assoluta pace. Servizio ineccepibile. Colazioni a menu da scegliere il giorno prima, assolutamente perfette nella qualità varietà e anche quantità! Esiste anche un ristorante che però non ho utilizzato . Unica nota stonata il livello delle rifiniture e aspettative,della camera ( era una matrimoniale standard) visto comunque il generale grado massimo di prestazioni. A mio parere manca una coccola in più data da una piccola spa.

Beautiful - the hilltop location with perfectly manicured gardens and terraces couldn't be more enticing below the castle...and the old buildings have been stunningly converted and furnished with elegance and comfort. Breakfast was a feast fit for a Queen/King and the staff so attentive, helpful and kind in every way. I would love to return and would certainly commend the hotel for the discerning traveller's consideration - calming and tranquil.

Truly boutique, calm, quiet and with a wonderful view At the top of the historical city of Bergamo, The hotel is 50 meters from the funicular to go down to the historical city between the castle walls. Around the hotel, you can safely walk or bike tour among the well-preserved county houses and incredibly beautiful forests. The employees are very friendly, helpful and professional. They even helped us pay the toll we had to pay via the website. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are above standard, large, clean, modern, Also rooms have underfloor heating We would like to thank the employees again for their help and work throughout our holiday. I'm sure there are other nice hotels in Bergomo, you will feel at home at Relais San vigilio Al Castello Tutku from Turkey

My grown up daughter and I had a lovely 3-night stay at Relais San Vigilio al Castello, in Bergamo. Suite was beautiful, the whole place is beautifully designed, including the wonderful gardens where you can eat your meals, or simply relax. It is situated just above Bergamo Alta and has wonderful views, very peaceful. There is a funicular close by and it takes 5 minutes to arrive in the historic centre of Bergamo Alta. The staff at San Vigilio are very helpful and the food is delicious, including a lovely breakfast to choose from a wide menu, with freshly cooked options. A huge thank you to all the staff for helping to make a memorable stay, we'll be back I'm sure! The 1 hr 45 min flight from London Gatwick to Bergamo direct, makes it very accessible.

From start to finish, we experienced the best service by friendly and accommodating staff. The views and grounds are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and who would not enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace? The restaurant provided a memorable and high quality dinner. We could not have enjoyed this place more!!

Stayed here last fay of our trip and it was absolutely perfect.. our room ..view..location.. staff all was so nice ..specially the guy at bar who also helped us with our bags he was extremely nice and kind ..i wish I remembered his name ..its a beautiful place and i will surely visit back soon

La suite in cui ho alloggiato aveva la camera al piano superiore in un ballatoio Le scale sono ripide e probabilmente l’ultimo gradino in basso non è a norma La parte sotto , il salottino , non ha un televisore come invece ho trovato in tutte le suite che ho abitato Servizio eccellente professionale e gradevole nei modi Esperienza ripetibile cambiando stanza

Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante. Ambiente moderno molto curato. Cucina particolare e ricercata . La terrazza esterna è una chicca, a primavera dev’essere uno spettacolo cenare qui! Ristrutturazione notevole, risultato stupefacente. Unica nota: troppo personale che gira😅

Bad service. Unprofessional front desk personnel. Unfriendly. The lack of understanding of basic services for a level of even 3 star hotel. Unwillingness to deliver a basic service. Just a hostel approach - sleep and leave. The level of the hotel doesn’t meet the way it’s presented.
