Le personnel, déjà insuffisant, contribuait ainsi au médiocre niveau de service. Mon expérience confirme les commentaires négatifs que j'avais lus auparavant. La nourriture est très médiocre, souvent masquée par une utilisation excessive de romarin, peut-être pour dissimuler des produits pas très frais. Le choix au buffet est limité. J'avais payé d'avance pour un panier de fruits à la chambre, qui a été livré très tard. La restauration était décevante, avec un petit déjeuner pauvre en options, des fromages périmés, et des problèmes comme des machines à café défectueuses. L'accueil a plutôt aggravé les situations que de les résoudre, montrant un manque de compétence et de considération envers les clients. it would be nice, like in so many other instances, to be able to provide a positive critique regarding iberostar saidia. truthfully, the ideal solution would be for the iberostar chain to sell this hotel, as it does not align with the standards i am accustomed to from this very chain. and it's not worth mentioning that this is a matter of culture or country. i regularly choose iberostar hotels multiple times throughout the year, and even just last year, my stay at the iberostar club palmeral in marrakech did not disappoint. unfortunately, with this particular hotel, there are countless reasons to criticize. i cannot award it a single star, because while the reception manages the work volume adequately, when it comes to the restaurant, there are endless lines and a very limited variety of food for a 5-star hotel. there are careless employees, poorly trained staff, lack of attention even in cleaning cutlery, not to mention table cleaning. at the bar, it got to the point where i had to request a new glass after leaving the used one, and even then, they simply rinsed it and returned it. there are countless shortcomings, and compared to other iberostar hotels, there appears to be a lack of supervision over a large part of the staff. the security personnel are rude and poorly trained in their interactions with guests. i cannot recommend, and i cannot endorse an iberostar hotel with such significant flaws. additionally, there is a capacity shortage in the outdoor areas for the number of hotel guests. there are insufficient sunbeds for anyone, and there is also a noticeable shortage in the all-inclusive drink service around the pools; only sweets are available for snacks. regarding the rooms, the bed linen and towels are stained and carry marks from previous use, and there is even an unpleasant sewer odor coming from the bathroom. while there are many more failings that could be enumerated, these are the essential ones for now. a hotel from 2007 that urgently needs remodeling, or to be sold to protect the iberostar brand. if remodeling is the path taken, it is imperative to hire effective management, as there are many instances where it is lacking

I ve been with my family and daughter to the be live collection for a 5 nights trip. We had such an amazing time, the whole 5 Days were super exiting especially while interacting with their amazing team (animation and servers, snack personnel...), a special thank to Ayoub, Khalid,samorko, Najwa,Ghizlane snake bar,abdrahim, the cleaning service team.... And the list is long.... There were plenty of activities during the day, no time to get bored. I recommend you this place if u come with your kids (their team will keep them busy so u can chill n relax) and with ur hubby (to enjoy the good music, drinks and the beach)....
