Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

位置還可以，房間和早餐都不錯。但是服務沒有我想像的那麼好。我預訂了一個含早餐的房間，您需要同時登記入住以獲取密碼和房間號。如果一個人早，他必須等到兩個人都登記入住。

An sich war alles super. Schlecht war der Fahrzeuglift zur Tiefgarage - dieser war schrecklich eng, die Garage auch. Außerdem war das Bett extrem unbequem… Allein aus diesen zwei Gründen würde ich die Unterkunft leider kein zweites Mal buchen. Für Leute die ohne Kinder und Fahrzeuge reisen ist diese Unterkunft aber aufjedenfall top!

Openbaar vervoer dichtbij.
Relatief rustige buurt.
Nette en grote kamer, koffie en thee aanwezig.
Tv werkte niet, ze gingen dit komen nakijken maar niemand meer gehoord of gezien.
Maar zeker aan te raden!

Camera pulita,accessoriata, la struttura tenuta molto bene,pulita e vicino a piccoli negozi dove fare colazione. Siamo stati benissimo. Struttura accessibile con i mezzi pubblici e metro. Da consigliare.

You will find a room that is comparable to many other hotel rooms in Berlin. But the (total) lack of service and the constant miscommunication is a different story altogether. There is no reception desk, so if you have a question or a problem (which I and most others guests I spoke to had) everything goes by whatsapp. This system would work if the staff were competent and efficient, but unfortunately this not the case at all. You will need a lot of patience and energy, and in the end most of the times you will probably just give up because the staff is so incompetent (or even rude). It feels like being drawn into a communication swamp. I would advise anybody to think twice before staying here. I definitely will not come back.
