米特花園寄宿公寓(Flower's Berlin by Limehome - Digital Access)

Das Limehome Flowers in Berlin hinterlässt einen zwiegespaltenen Eindruck. Leider störten Tuppa-Dosen und Essensreste vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank den ersten Eindruck. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtuch und Spülmaschinentabs und die abgenutzte Spülbürste wollte man wirklich nicht mehr benutzen. Zusätzlich war die defekte Nachttischlampe mit Kabelbruch und die nicht funktionierende TV-Fernbedienung enttäuschend. Immerhin punktet das Hotel mit einer vorhandenen Nespresso-Maschine und einem ausreichend großen Raumangebot. Außerdem ist die Lage ganz gut.

Absolute Katastrophe!!! Die Reinigung/Hygiene eines Zimmers lässt of**als Raum für Diskussionen... doch selbst, wenn die schlechte Reinigung nicht berücksichtigt wird, bleibt folgendes: - Checkin nur mit fotografiertem Ausweis und hochzuladendem Selfie möglich, ohne Angabe was letztendlich damit geschieht - höchst fragwürdig und DSGVO lässt grüßen! - ALLE WC-Sitze sind nicht ansatzweise fest und fallen permanent runter - hier kommt ungewolltes Camping-Feeling auf. Wie kann so etwas nicht bemerkt/repariert werden?!? - und das negative Highlight: die KALTE Dusche!!! Vermutlich ist der Wasserdruck bei der Handbrause derart reduziert, dass dieser für den Durchlauferhitzer nicht mehr ausreicht. Ergo: nach 20 Sekunden kaltes Wasser, bis man auf den regulären Wasserhahn wechselt, dann wird es wieder warm. Dieses Spielchen macht man dann alle 20 Sekunden im Intervall-Duschen. Hier ist jeder Campingplatz mit 1EUR-Dusche komfortabler. Kurzum: nie wieder!!!

Muy bien todo, a 12 min de alexanderplarz.. cerca del metro. Luminoso y cómodo. Con todos los detalles (cápsulas de calce, pastilas del lavavajillas ).. buena accesibilidad

The room was worn out, black dents all over the walls, mold in the corners of the bathroom. The light switch in the hallway were not fixed to the wall, and were coming out of the wall. Scratches on the lampscreens, the bathroom door cladding peeled back because of moisture. The lights in the bathroom (mirror light) were flinching and turned on and off. The living room only had one lamp, which was no where near enough. We had to use the night shelf lamps from the bedroom in order to use the living room. The sofa bed were very uncomfortable and noisy, which meant that we had to sleep all four (two kids and two adults) in one bed. The tv were not connected to the internet which meant that we smart tv were not that smart. We have kids that wake up early in the morning, why a functioning tv is pretty important. We called service staff and were promised that technical service would look into it in the morning. They never did. The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We never had the option to choose, it just didn’t happen. We stayed at Flowers before, which was a completely different and good experience. Based on this visit, I hardly doubt we will be back. We should not have experienced the above, a little quality control would have caught most of these issues.

Sehr schade, dass es so ungepflegt war. Leider auf den Kissenbezug und Bettdecke schwarze Streifen. Keine Glühbirne im Gästeklo, Ablagefläche der Küche große Flecken. Die Lage ist so toll, richtig schade!

Appartamento ben arredato, nuovo, pulito. In ottima posizione vicino ai mezzi è servito da numerosi locali e negozi. Una osservazione.. abbiamo richiesto in check-in anticipato ma non è stato possibile effettuarlo. Consigliatissimo

This was an ideal place to stay for our family of four. The neighborhood has a lot going with great shopping and a variety of restaurants, yet not noisy. A short walk to trains, but not much farther to walk Berlin’s museums and other highlights. The apar**ent has a loft bedroom, two toilets and fold out bed for the kids that got high marks. Very calming, modern interior with a great view on the top floor of the Berlin skyline. Great value for the money. We hope to return.

So so. The window broken, whit a beautiful signal on top “defekt”, the light in the bathroom didn’t work , just one light on the side of the bed , no product for the dishwasher- and the room ( duplex xl ) too small to be an Xl. In general, looks modern furniture but the sofa is really uncomfortable; on the wall the old wallpaper is just painted . The check-out is normally at 11.00 but the crew knocked our door at 9.55 . Any kind of request ( mostly about the window because still a bit open and Berlin in December is a bit cold) whatsup had reply , but no one technician comes to solve our problem . The location is just good for a short trip - close a lot of nice place in the centre .

Apartamento céntrico con todas las comodidades, se agradece el café, sal, aceite, utensilios de limpieza, etc… que hacen que te sientas como en casa.
