5/5 brilliant stay. Great free parking close by. Greeted warmly by “Jack” who was very kind, attentive and who seemed genuinely interested in our travels and plans. Nothing was to much for Jack who seemed well suited to his role and was helped us with all questions and requests. Every hotel should have a Jack working for them we can’t thank him enough

We ended up here because we just needed a room for the night for a long journey and it was the only hotel with a room close by and we could not fault it. The main highlight was the staff. They were all friendly and very hardworking. I have never seen this kind of service in any other Premier Inn. One of the employees Katya spent time to communicate with our special needs daughter even though she was really busy. Katya was patient with my daughter and all of us. Her customer service was excellent. The room was very spacious for a family room and it was very clean. The food was really good which again was unusual for a premier inn. It seems the chef knew what he was doing and cared about the meals he was preparing. The town is a lovely little town. i would recommend anyone who stays here to make the effort to walk around.

It’s our first time to book with Premier Inn and was surprised that family room is quite a good size to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Cooked breakfast is also good as it’s unlimited for the price. It’s location is superb in this little village. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The best hotel, the nicest and most friendly staff ever. Stayed for my birthday and had lovely box of chocs and a card left in our room. So easy to park for free nearby. Quiet, comfy rooms and lovely food. Highly recommend this premier inn

The staff in this hotel were second to none .the room was great and it's location was perfect. I left my hair straightener and boots and they sent them home to me free of charge. Also extra tea etc was no problem. Without a doubt the staff made this a special stay.

Everything you'd expect in a Premier Inn plus really friendly and helpful staff. Free plentiful parking next door on the Quay.

A lovely small hotel, the staff were spot on, very friendly, and so helpful. We were in the accessible Premier Plus room. Really nice and roomy. Spotless too. Great food and hot plates. Yippee! Good local parking areas Good vibe in the bar and restaurant.

I big thankyou to Julia and Sarah who went above and beyond in welcoming me and helping me with my booking. They were very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. They were ace. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Riverside walks and the town walls It has a relaxed feeling and I would stay there again. Great Hotel.
