We loved everything about Wind Creek Hotel & ******; especially the accommodation, and their staff all around; everyone was quite helpful and very friendly, including the Valet parking. I forgot the cell phone in my car, so, the driver brought the car back for me to retrieve it. Thanks so much. Cheers again to that!

We were able to get an early checkin. Valet parked the car, checked in proceeded to our room. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. Comfy beds. Our children checked in two days later. Their rooms were clean and beds comfy. Staff was polite , friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance of the Christkindle Market and minutes away by car or Uber to Main St Bethlehem.

Signage into hotel was terrible. Check in person never said we needed room key for elevator. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was some sort of vibration that shook the whole room every couple of minutes, to the point it acted up my vertigo. We decided to try and get some sleep and left hotel at 1 am and headed home. One of the worse hotels we have stayed in.

We have stayed in the hotel several times. The service is very good, staff is extremely polite, and efficient...not to mention friendly. Restaurants are great, and security is visible, but not in your face. Rooms are always spotless, and comfortable. The location is perfect for activities at the Steel Stacks.

My husband and I had a very nice stay. The only complaint is we requested an early check in (which I know is not guaranteed), when we arrived the room wasn’t ready , we were told we would receive a text when the room was ready, but we were never contacted to let us know the room was ready.

The only complaints I have is that there were lights out in the room, particularly above the sink and the makeup light was barely working, needed new batteries. The room should have everything in working order before you get there. The bonus of a make up light is amazing but then the disappointment that it doesn't actually work is a let down. And sure, I could have called to get it fixed but we were there 1 night and didn't hang out in the room so I didn't want to wait for someone to come up to fix the lights. Otherwise it's a great place to stay and convenient to the food court, ******, entertainment venue and shopping. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient for walking to Christmas City. Nice hotel - in the tower. Did not like the motion sensor lights that we could not figure out how to turn off. Front desk said they would call my cell when my room was ready - no one ever called. I had to go back to the desk and check to see if my room was ready. It was ready but no one had called me. It was after 4pm, the posted check-in time.

Wind Creek Bethlehem was a very, very pleasant surprise. We have been to the ****** and Event Center for concerts a few times before and enjoyed the facilities very much, but this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. What an unexpected pleasure. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. And contrary to a few previous reviews, we found our room and amenities in excellent condition. We were beyond satisfied. We have always been impressed with the Wind Creek Bethlehem Resort and our hotel stay just put a nice bow on the package. Attentive, friendly, helpful staff...great eateries...a fun, well laid out ******...a great concert venue(our main reason for being there...Foreigner still rocks!!!)...Wind Creek Bethlehem checks all boxes as far as we are concerned. We definitely plan on returning in the future for another stay.
