龍酒店及餐廳(The Dragon Hotel and Restaurant)

After checking in and seeing the reception area and bedroom I was not happy with the cleanliness so did not stay. Rooms are not sufficiently cleaned, carpet not hoovered, hair clip left on the side, the shower was dirty and a half used soap/wrapper was left in the soap holder. No mountain views as suggested and the room was in a 'chalet' overlooked by anyone walking past meaning I would have needed to close the curtains.

Nice and convenient for the town. The best view from our bedroom window. Genial hosts. Altogether a very good base for our stay in North Wales

Located on the "*****" in Betws-Y-Coed, this B&B is well situated to take in the things this village has to offer. Lots of dining and specialty clothing shops near by. Rail from Lladnudno is a ten minute walk. The owner and her neice gave us service, both were very pleasant to deal with. An outside cleanup and some improvements to the inside would make it so much nicer. Excellent full English breakfast

It's grim!! No resturant, no bar, no mountain view. Property is dirty and untidy and if you complain to the owner about needing toilet paper they go to the room to check you are not lying! Yes it's in a nice location and the breakfast if OK (although the bacon and egg sandwich without bread was a new experience) but unless you really can't afford anything else don't stay here!!

Sadly it needs a lot of money spent on the property to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Good breakfast, friendly host but overall dissapointing. Needs a deep clean, decorated throughout and a good declutter in the public areas. Dont understand how it can rate 8 out of 10 as at best a 5/6!

Don't expect a uxurious B&B. It's clean, tidy and quite basic, breakfast was decent. A good convenient location, friendly hosts and ideal for what we wanted. Good value. Ideally could do with a refurb, but then it would cost more! Chinese restaurant part, looks like that has ceased trading - that area needs a sort, doesn't give a good first impression.

Stayed here and used it as a base to climb Snowdon, a picturesque location, a 15- 20 min drive from Snowdonia's Pen y pass and very close to the town. Rooms are small but very much adequate for what we needed. Very American motel styled with rooms adjacent to the main building but it was very handy for loading and unloading the car. Breakfast each morning was very fresh with cereals and pastries available too.

Very friendly, great location for the town. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed.
